The standig individually holiday home, built in 1990 and renovated in 2018 is modern, functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and court.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on a closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. This quiet pension is located near Lake Balaton, just a 5-minute walk from the first small street next to the main road. Although the train station and the main street are an easy 5-10 minute walk away, the traffic noise is far from this area. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot on the property. The holiday property is situated in a cul.
