The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court. Barbecue and children's playground are available for common use.

American kitchen with electric stove, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and Capsule coffee maker.
