The standig individually holiday home, built in 1999 and renovated in 2021 is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court. In the back of the property the child of the owner is on holiday. The property is separated by thick bushes.

Balatonberény. The holiday home is located on a 250 sqm garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. BEAUTIFUL CARD The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

Top floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds and access to the balcony. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, 1 sink, WC and window.
