The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, built in 1998, renovated in 2020 and is modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. Hammock. Barbecue and children's playground are available for common use. On request, 2 bicycles for adults with child seats and 1 children's bicycle. Cot and high chair on request.

Balatonberény. The holiday apartement is located on a 702 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday home BAL BER 019 (4 + 1 people) and BAL BER 018 (4 + 1 P) are located on the property. The holiday property can only be booked by families. The beach walk is just a few steps from the house. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

Communication with the landlords was great and uncomplicated. With problems was immediately helped. The apartment is nicely furnished. The garden with pool and sandpit are great.
