Description

The 55sqm size 2-room apartment with separate entrance in the upper floor of the house is located on the south-slope at the towns edge to the woods.
Entering the bright corridor you already get an imagination about the fantastic view which expects you from the loggia. Throughout all seasons you can enjoy the panorama to the 'Nature Parc Ela', for instance with a rich cup of coffee, a flavorous tee or a hot chocolate.

The separate kitchen with oven and stove offers all possibilities for a perfect holiday menue. Already look foreward on a delicious breakfast! And for dinner maybe you are in the mood for a swiss cheese fondue?

Then, in the living room you can spend a cozy evening.

The separated bed room guarantees the desired rest and relaxation, not only for the next days to come. The room layout of the apartment allows you just to retreat yourself when you like.

The third sleeping facility is an additional guest bed (90x200cm), which could be placed either in the bed room or living room.

If wanted, a washing machine(without drying machine) in the cellar is available after consultation with the landlord.

Storing belongings as skis, suitcases etc. is possible in the cellar (access from outside, garden).

Location and surroundings of object

Welcome to Albulatal on the sunny terrace in Alvaneu Dorf at 1'200m above sea level. Alvaneu is located between the famous ski resorts Lenzerheide/Arosa (15km), Savognin (20km), and Davos (20km). Here you can enjoy all winter sports. Visiting the Preda/Darlux-Bergün toboggan run (15km) with almost 10km length including a train ride on the Rhaetian Railway is certainly a very special experience. Of course, you can also use our ski lift in Alvaneu as well as the nearby cross-country ski trails, or go sledding on the forest trail practically right outside the front door. Alvaneu Bad is also known for its golf course.

The village store can be reached with a leisurely walk in about 10 minutes.

A parking space for your car is available in front of the house.

The rental price includes all consumption costs (electricity, water, WLAN), bathroom, bed and kitchen linen as well as the tourist tax.

For renting for only 2 days additional 20.-€ per night,
for renting up to 4 days additionally 10.-€ per night.

Cancellation terms:

Free cancellation possible up to 29 days before the arrival date.

If cancellation occurs after signing the contract but 29 days prior to check-in, no compensation is required. Cancellation up to 28 days before the start of the rental period results in 50% of the rental price being charged. Cancellation up to 21 days before the start of the rental period results in 60% of the rental price being charged. Cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the rental period results in 80% of the rental price being charged. For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, the full rental price will be charged.


additional information:

Alvaneu village lies on the cantonal road between Lenzerheide and Davos and is easily accessible all year round from Chur via Thusis and Tiefencastel or directly via Lenzerheide
The post bus runs every hour from Chur via Lenzerheide to Alvaneu and on to Davos.
It is also possible to travel by Rhaetian Railway from Chur via Tiefencastel and on to Alvaneu by post bus.
