This very beautiful, modernly furnished holiday apartment has a winter garden with dining area and sea view, living/dining room with comfort kitchen, sep. toilet with urinal and large washing corner, upstairs two separate bedrooms with double bed, in further toilet with large washbasin and washing machine, a separate shower and an approx. 25 sqm large sun terrace with view to the very near sea, only approx. 200 m away. The apartment is located on the first and second floor of a house with a total of 7 apartments. At the very completely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, multifunctional oven, microwave, induction hob and much more a dining bar with 2 stools lines up. The apartment has of course air conditioning (separate for above and below) and underfloor heating.

Our house is located in the very well maintained naturist complex Vera Natura. During the holiday the car is parked on a nearby roofed and secured parking lot within the urbanisation. Through the park-like garden with large pool area, indoor swimming pool and library, one gets directly to the beach.

This area in Spain in the province Almeria with approx. 300 sunny days in the year invites not only in spring, summer and autumn for wonderful holidays.
