In addition to the features: 2 bicycles of your choice (20'' to 28''), washing machine and dryer (shared use for a small fee), bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided, 1 hairdryer, a separate seating area with rattan furniture outside, bicycle garage. The flat is divided as follows: 1 separate kitchen with as good as new fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer combination, 1 living room with LCD TV and hi-fi system with CD and DVD player, 2 bedrooms (1 x equipped with sofa bed with 1.40 x 2.00 m lying surface, which can also be used as an additional sofa when occupied by 2 people), 1 bathroom with bathtub with shower device (glass partition), washbasin and WC
