Dish towels are provided as initial equipment, 1 hairdryer, a spacious balcony with garden furniture, lockable bike garage. The apartment is divided as follows: Separate kitchen with dining area and as-new fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer combination, ceramic hob, fully automatic coffee machine, etc.), living room with wall unit, workspace, and new leather suite with relaxation function, bedroom, bathroom (accessible only directly from the bedroom) with 2 sinks, shower, and toilet.

The vacation apartment is centrally yet quietly located in the immediate vicinity of Beningaburg. Bakeries and supermarkets (Aldi, Netto, and Neukauf) are within walking distance. Dornum is located about 3 km inland from the East Frisian North Sea coast, approximately in the middle of the East Frisian peninsula. The associated coastal towns are Dornumersiel and Neßmersiel, which are about 5 km away and are easily accessible by car, bicycle, or shuttle bus (free with a spa card). Here you will find sandy beaches etc. Dornum itself is an idyllic, historically grown central location with numerous shopping opportunities, eateries, and historic buildings (market square, church, castle, Beningaburg, tower windmill, etc.). The town center invites you to stroll and linger. Slightly away from the tourist bustle of the coastal towns, you will find some peace and tranquility here. Ideal for cyclists, as there is a well-developed network of bike paths available. Children's playhouses in Dornumersiel and Neßmersiel, heated seawater swimming pool in Dornumersiel. Tidal flat hikes to the island of Baltrum or Norderney. Numerous excursion possibilities to the East Frisian Islands and to Helgoland and, of course, to the cities of Aurich, Norden, and Wilhelmshaven.
