The detached single family house has a living space of 90 m2 and a 20 m2 large half covered terrace in south exposure.
2 bedrooms are available on the ground floor and 1 bedroom on the first floor. Ground floor: bedroom 1 with double bed 200 x 200 cm, bedroom 2 with double bed 180 x 200 cm and cot 70 x 140 cm, The double beds are equipped with high-quality natural latex mattresses. Upper floor: sofa bed lying surface 160 x 200 cm. Further you find in the accommodation: 1 bath/shower, 2 WCs, kitchen as well as the central living/dining area. Heating and air conditioning systems as well as a fireplace, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave are available. In addition, there is a rich equipment such as bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, table cloths, many kitchen appliances,
In the outdoor area (approx. 2000 m2) there are: 1 parking space, table tennis, wooden pool approx. 4 x 7 m with removable stairs (child safety), large trampoline, swinging device, garden furniture, gas grill, additional summer refrigerator. The entire property including all facilities is exclusively available to the respective tenants. Use is at your own risk. Pets are welcome by arrangement. It is a non-smoking object (in the house)
The house is very extensively equipped as for example with bedlinen, towels, kitchen towels, table cloths etc.
The property is completely closed and protected from view. The garden consists of open spaces and a light wood of white and green oaks. So you can always find sun and shade places.

Location and surroundings of object
Garéoult is a small, lively village on the edge of a wine-growing plateau 35 km north of Toulon and 60 km east of Aix-en-Provence between the massif and the Mauren massif. Everything for the daily needs is available in the place, like: Shops, supermarkets, doctors, pubs, restaurants and a typical Provencal weekly market. The sea can be reached in about 1/2 hour. Garéoult is situated in a central position between the sea, mountains, rivers, brooks and lakes ( Montagne Ste. Victoire, Gorges du Verdon, Argens, Issole, Lac de Carces). Well accessible towns and villages are Marseille, Toulon, Hyeres, Aix en Provence, St. Tropez, Collobrieres, Bormes-les-Mimosas, Cassis, Bandol, Sanary-s-Mer, to name but a few. There are many popular islands like Ile de Porquerolles and Ile de Port-Cros. A visit to the monasteries of Le Thoronet and Chartreuse de la Verne is particularly recommended. To the north borders Haute-Provence.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation is possible up to 40 days before the arrival date. In this case, any deposit already paid will be refunded. 39 to 31 days before the start of the rental: 10% of the rental price. 30 to 15 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price. From 14 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price. It may be advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance. In the event of an official travel warning for the Var department for the booked travel period, cancellation is free of charge.

Information about the pool:
Our neighbour will visit us regularly for technical support. This is necessary to maintain usability. Please use the pool barefoot only. Please do not bring any sharp or pointed objects into the pool, otherwise the foil could be damaged and the pool could become unusable. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Only the direct tenants are entitled to use the pool.
Notes on toilet use:
The house has a trickle pit, since there is no canal connection in this residential area.
Please do not use thick toilet paper and do not dispose of 'other' things such as bandages in the toilet.
Kitchen sewage:
Please rinse with the sieve in the sink so that food remains do not clog the drain to the pit.
Safety/fire hazard
Fire hazard is a major issue in Southern Europe. Therefore please be careful and avoid open fires or barbecues with a charcoal grill (a gas grill is available).

Dream house for holidays in the Green Provence
We spent wonderful holidays here. The house is beautifully decorated with a lot of love, well-equipped, and nothing is missing. Worth mentioning are the good mattresses in the bedroom. Our favorite place was the large terrace with a fantastic view of the extensive fenced property. Here you can unwind, have all meals, read, and enjoy a good rosé. Our old dog explored the property while we cooled off in the well-maintained pool. There are many excursions in the nearby area, and the coast is not far away. The house is filled with lots of tips, brochures, and maps. In Garéoult, there is a nice market (once a week) and smaller shops. A car is necessary. The time was too short... we will definitely come back again!!!

All well thought out and lovingly decorated.
The house is very well equipped, everything is there and functional. Unfortunately, it was still too cold for the pool, we were just too early. But the sea is not far away. Our old dog also found his way around well after some orientation problems and felt comfortable. The garden is securely fenced. So everything was very relaxed. Unfortunately, we couldn't spend much time outside as it was very cold. However, inside there is an extensive library for the evening, and the kitchen invites extensive cooking as we bought some good things since there are shopping possibilities. You always need a car for that. Of course, you can also get supplies on foot in Garéoult, once a week there is a small market (producer market), and once a week there is a large market with everything. There are plenty of opportunities for all kinds of excursions. The friendly neighbors are available as contact persons in case of any problems. Some knowledge of French can be useful for this. Communication with the landlords was excellent at all times. We would love to come back!

Furnished with much love
The holiday home offers everything you could hope for in a holiday. The house is well thought out, functional and yet furnished with great attention to detail. The air conditioning is simply brilliant in the height of summer. The entire property is very beautiful, well-maintained and perfect for relaxing. The gas barbecue on the terrace and a large fridge right next to it are top features.
My wife and I as well as our dog (very important) felt very comfortable.

Starting point for sightseeing tours in Provence
Very friendly and accommodating landlords. House clean, tidy and equipped with everything. Fully fenced natural property. Quiet location. The stay was very relaxing.

We will come back!
We are currently guests in this beautiful cottage. Unfortunately, we have bad luck with the weather, but thanks to the great amenities (Our daughter found a shelf full of toys, we found a well-equipped library, thank you very much!) we can also stay indoors for longer. If it were a bit colder, we would light the stove, it looks very nice! During the rain break, we took several walks, and we particularly enjoyed the Hausberg circuit, which, like many other possible activities, is described in the guest information. We'll be back soon; that's for sure. And then the weather will certainly cooperate! Thank you, Renate and Heiner Janssen, and see you soon!
