The detached single family house has a living space of 90 m2 and a 20 m2 large half covered terrace in south exposure.
2 bedrooms are available on the ground floor and 1 bedroom on the first floor. Ground floor: bedroom 1 with double bed 200 x 200 cm, bedroom 2 with double bed 180 x 200 cm and cot 70 x 140 cm, The double beds are equipped with high-quality natural latex mattresses. Upper floor: sofa bed lying surface 160 x 200 cm. Further you find in the accommodation: 1 bath/shower, 2 WCs, kitchen as well as the central living/dining area. Heating and air conditioning systems as well as a fireplace, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave are available. In addition, there is a rich equipment such as bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, table cloths, many kitchen appliances,
In the outdoor area (approx. 2000 m2) there are: 1 parking space, table tennis, wooden pool approx. 4 x 7 m with removable stairs (child safety), large trampoline, swinging device, garden furniture, gas grill, additional summer refrigerator. The entire property including all facilities is exclusively available to the respective tenants. Use is at your own risk. Pets are welcome by arrangement. It is a non-smoking object (in the house)
The house is very extensively equipped as for example with bedlinen, towels, kitchen towels, table cloths etc.
The property is completely closed and protected from view. The garden consists of open spaces and a light wood of white and green oaks. So you can always find sun and shade places.

Garéoult is a small, lively village on the edge of a wine-growing plateau 35 km north of Toulon and 60 km east of Aix-en-Provence between the massif and the Mauren massif. Everything for the daily needs is available in the place, like: Shops, supermarkets, doctors, pubs, restaurants and a typical Provencal weekly market. The sea can be reached in about 1/2 hour. Garéoult is situated in a central position between the sea, mountains, rivers, brooks and lakes ( Montagne Ste. Victoire, Gorges du Verdon, Argens, Issole, Lac de Carces). Well accessible towns and villages are Marseille, Toulon, Hyeres, Aix en Provence, St. Tropez, Collobrieres, Bormes-les-Mimosas, Cassis, Bandol, Sanary-s-Mer, to name but a few. There are many popular islands like Ile de Porquerolles and Ile de Port-Cros. A visit to the monasteries of Le Thoronet and Chartreuse de la Verne is particularly recommended. To the north borders Haute-Provence.

Information about the pool:
Our neighbour will visit us regularly for technical support. This is necessary to maintain usability. Please use the pool barefoot only. Please do not bring any sharp or pointed objects into the pool, otherwise the foil could be damaged and the pool could become unusable. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Only the direct tenants are entitled to use the pool.
Notes on toilet use:
The house has a trickle pit, since there is no canal connection in this residential area.
Please do not use thick toilet paper and do not dispose of 'other' things such as bandages in the toilet.
Kitchen sewage:
Please rinse with the sieve in the sink so that food remains do not clog the drain to the pit.
Safety/fire hazard
Fire hazard is a major issue in Southern Europe. Therefore please be careful and avoid open fires or barbecues with a charcoal grill (a gas grill is available).

Furnished with much love
The holiday home offers everything you could hope for in a holiday. The house is well thought out, functional and yet furnished with great attention to detail. The air conditioning is simply brilliant in the height of summer. The entire property is very beautiful, well-maintained and perfect for relaxing. The gas barbecue on the terrace and a large fridge right next to it are top features.
My wife and I as well as our dog (very important) felt very comfortable.

Very friendly and accommodating landlords. House clean, tidy and equipped with everything. Fully fenced natural property. Quiet location. The stay was very relaxing.

Wir kommen wieder!
Wir sind gerade zu Gast in diesem wunderschönen Häuschen. Leider haben wir Pech mit dem Wetter, allerdings kann man es Dank der super Ausstattung (Unsere Tochter hat ein Regal voller Spielzeug vorgefunden, wir eine üppig ausgestattete Bibliothek, vielen Dank dafür!) auch gut länger drinnen aushalten. Wenn es etwas kälter wäre, würden wir den Ofen anmachen, er sieht sehr schön aus! In den Regenpause haben wir schon einige Spaziergänge gemacht, besonders gut hat uns die Hausberg-Runde gefallen, die wie viele andere möglichen Aktivitäten in den Gäste-Informationen beschrieben ist. Wir kommen bald wieder, das steht fest. Und dann klappt es bestimmt auch mit dem Wetter! Merci Renate und Heiner Janssen, et à très bientôt !

Holiday for those seeking tranquility
The typical country house has allowed us to have a relaxing vacation from the first minute. Everything is really there, as if prepared by a friendly, invisible hand. From reading material, to cookbooks, to a hot water bottle. The natural garden with its old trees has a special charm. The well-maintained pool is a lot of fun. Beautiful towns and hiking opportunities are easily accessible by car. Everything worked out perfectly for us.

Dream house with top equipment!!!
We spent 3 beautiful holiday weeks in this house.
The holiday home is excellently equipped, top maintained and simply lovingly prepared. The garden resembles a huge park, in which our children were completely happy. The absolute highlight was of course the huge pool....thanks to the removable ladder, it was absolutely childproof!
My husband was thrilled with the large gas grill, which we used regularly!
There are endless possibilities for excursions, because thanks to its central location, you can reach many beautiful destinations within a radius of 1 hour. Our top favorite: Taking the boat to St Tropez :-)
All in all, this was the most beautiful and above all most relaxing vacation we have ever taken with our 3 children! The long journey was definitely worth it!
We would love to come back!

Highly recommended for families with children and/or dogs.
We spent two great weeks in this lovingly furnished holiday home with our two children and our two dogs. The house is so well equipped that you don't miss anything. In addition to the large gas grill, we particularly liked the outdoor refrigerator and the great pool. Our two dogs were able to move around freely on the fully fenced large property. In addition, there is a cozy terrace and various sunbathing areas in the garden... just perfect for relaxing.
From there, you can reach many nice places within an hour by car. However, the holiday home is located a bit outside, so you are dependent on a car if you want to do something, but considering the price-performance ratio and the good equipment of the property, this is rather secondary in our view.
The landlords were also easily accessible for us by phone and were very helpful when we had questions.
