The Holiday home

The detached single family house has a living space of 90 m2 and a 20 m2 large half covered terrace in south exposure.
2 bedrooms are available on the ground floor and 1 bedroom on the first floor. Ground floor: bedroom 1 with double bed 200 x 200 cm, bedroom 2 with double bed 180 x 200 cm and cot 70 x 140 cm, The double beds are equipped with high-quality natural latex mattresses. Upper floor: sofa bed lying surface 160 x 200 cm. Further you find in the accommodation: 1 bath/shower, 2 WCs, kitchen as well as the central living/dining area. Heating and air conditioning systems as well as a fireplace, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave are available. In addition, there is a rich equipment such as bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, table cloths, many kitchen appliances, etc..
In the outdoor area (approx. 2000 m2) there are: 1 parking space, table tennis, wooden pool approx. 4 x 7 m with removable stairs (child safety), large trampoline, swinging device, garden furniture, gas grill, additional summer refrigerator. The entire property including all facilities is exclusively available to the respective tenants. Use is at your own risk. Pets are welcome by arrangement. It is a non-smoking object (in the house)

The house is very extensively equipped as for example with bedlinen, towels, kitchen towels, table cloths etc.

The property is completely closed and protected from view. The garden consists of open spaces and a light wood of white and green oaks. So you can always find sun and shade places.

Garéoult is a small, lively village on the edge of a wine-growing plateau 35 km north of Toulon and 60 km east of Aix-en-Provence between the Ste.Baume massif and the Mauren massif. Everything for the daily needs is available in the place, like: Shops, supermarkets, doctors, pubs, restaurants and a typical Provencal weekly market. The sea can be reached in about 1/2 hour. Garéoult is situated in a central position between the sea, mountains, rivers, brooks and lakes (e.g. Montagne Ste. Victoire, Gorges du Verdon, Argens, Issole, Lac de Carces). Well accessible towns and villages are Marseille, Toulon, Hyeres, Aix en Provence, St. Tropez, Collobrieres, Bormes-les-Mimosas, Cassis, Bandol, Sanary-s-Mer, to name but a few. There are many popular islands like Ile de Porquerolles and Ile de Port-Cros. A visit to the monasteries of Le Thoronet and Chartreuse de la Verne is particularly recommended. To the north borders Haute-Provence.

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Information about the pool:
Our neighbour will visit us regularly for technical support. This is necessary to maintain usability. Please use the pool barefoot only. Please do not bring any sharp or pointed objects into the pool, otherwise the foil could be damaged and the pool could become unusable. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Only the direct tenants are entitled to use the pool.

Notes on toilet use:
The house has a trickle pit, since there is no canal connection in this residential area.
Please do not use thick toilet paper and do not dispose of 'other' things such as bandages in the toilet.

Kitchen sewage:
Please rinse with the sieve in the sink so that food remains do not clog the drain to the pit.

Safety/fire hazard
Fire hazard is a major issue in Southern Europe. Therefore please be careful and avoid open fires or barbecues with a charcoal grill (a gas grill is available).
