The holiday villa Ana offers you a unique vacation experience. With 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, it provides maximum comfort and privacy. The living area is stylishly furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. The total living space is a generous 140 m², so you will find plenty of room to relax. New from summer 2021: On the new terrace, a whirlpool awaits you, expanding your relaxation options. The large garden invites you to linger and offers an outdoor kitchen with grill, ideal for cozy evenings outdoors. The beautiful pool invites you to swim and offers a breathtaking view over the valley. The pool was newly built in 2022 and measures 8 x 4 meters. With a depth of 1.25 meters, it is also suitable for non-swimmers and can be heated on request. Additionally, you will find a table tennis table, a cozy seating lounge, sun loungers, and a refreshing solar shower in the garden. Your dog will also love the large garden as a place to run around.

In the holiday villa Ana, you enjoy absolute privacy in your own garden and by the pool. The house is quietly situated on a beautiful hillside and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape. Surrounded by meadows and fields, the villa is located in the village of Kukurini, only 3 km east of Pican. Shopping facilities can be found 1.5 km away, while the pebble beach in Plomin is only 12 km away. Other beaches can be reached in Rabac, 23 km away.

The villa’s property, about 1000 m² in size, is completely fenced and offers you privacy. The garden is designed with lawns, plants, fig, walnut, and olive trees. On the property you will also find 3 parking spaces. The pool in the garden is available to you throughout the entire season and is equipped with 6 sun loungers, a sun umbrella, and an outdoor shower. For cozy evenings outdoors, an outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill is at your disposal. The covered terrace invites you to linger.

The holiday villa Ana is pleasantly and neatly furnished. It offers you good amenities with tiled and parquet floors. For your entertainment, satellite TV with German channels, DVDs, a radio, and a CD player are available. Internet access (Wi-Fi) is included. For your comfort, you will also find a coffee machine, a washing machine, and various kitchen appliances. Air conditioning is installed in all rooms, so you can feel comfortable even on hot days.

Wonderful accommodation in a quiet location

Great accommodation with the best comfort! In this quiet area, you can really relax and at the same time reach the cities of Rabac, Pula, Rovinj, or Porec in a short time. The nearby grocery store is also ideal, with daily fresh bread and whatever else you might need. We enjoyed it and will come back!

Vacation 2025

We were in Villa Ana for 2 weeks and had a fantastic vacation. The house offers everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped. The outdoor area with pool and hot tub with this view of the mountains is simply great. We felt very comfortable. The garden is fenced. That was practical for our dog. The contact with the landlord and the caretaker was very nice.

Traumhafte Villa

We stayed there for 2 weeks and were warmly welcomed by Rinaldo (caretaker). The house is really equipped with everything and also very modernly furnished. The outdoor area with hot tub and pool overlooking the valley is indescribable. The large hot tub with its changing colors in the evening should be mentioned especially here. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the right place.

The contact between the host and the guest is excellent, even if there are problems, you can always turn to them again.

Great accommodation

It was a relaxing holiday, the accommodation is clean, the outdoor area is very nice, the pool was heated, and there is also a hot tub, some games are provided in the accommodation, there is a table tennis table, and everything important is available for cooking. There is a small supermarket nearby where you can buy almost everything. We will come back.

Again and again with pleasure

Super nice house with everything you can imagine! Very clean, everything you need in the house, the beautiful garden outside and not to forget the really beautiful and large pool, from which you can look down into the valley while swimming. Leier nur eine Woche

By chance, we found this house - and even though - unfortunately, only one week was available - we still found it very relaxing.
It was no problem to get approval for our 3 dogs - on the contrary - dogs are very welcome here.
The key handover upon arrival as well as upon departure was completely uncomplicated, the contact before, during, and after was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a dream - excellent location, fabulous pool, and the whirlpool are the icing on the cake. We actually don't want to praise it too much - because we definitely want to come back - and hope that this time it's available for a longer stay. If you're looking for luxury, want to do a lot of activities, but also want to enjoy peace and quiet, this is the perfect place. It's a dream.

Every time again, top house!

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. With 6 people and a small dog, we spent two weeks in a super, well-kept and comfortably equipped house.
Excellent on-site support and quick response to queries
The location of the house makes it easy to reach for excursions. We liked Pula, Rovinj, Porec and Rijeka very much. The small beach Plomin Luka is also within easy reach and invites you to sunbathe.
We used the terrace, pool and whirlpool as well as the outdoor kitchen with barbecue intensively ?

Top class!

The house is large, clean, and equipped with everything you might think you need nowadays! The pool and the hot tub are a dream! The location is quite central, and you can reach all the sights in Istria within a short drive. Mrs. and Mr. Rinaldo, who greeted us at the handover, are very friendly and helpful with any questions. Toller Urlaub

We are a family and spent our summer vacation in Villa Ana in August 2020. The house is top-notch equipped and very clean. The on-site service ran very smoothly. The private pool was great, and the mountain view is fantastic. A car is needed to reach the beaches. We followed the host's recommendations and enjoyed a very delicious pizza and Croatian dishes. We absolutely recommend Villa Ana!

Highly recommended

Villa Ana is great located if you like it a bit away from the hustle and bustle. There isn't much to discover on foot, but by car you can quickly drive to lovely villages or for eating and shopping. The house is really nice, comfortable, and spacious. We didn't miss anything. The kids loved the pool, and the beach in Rabac is also recommended (about 30 minutes away). If we had more time, we would have definitely made more use of the leisure activities in the area. We would love to go on vacation there again and again! ! !

Top holiday home in a quiet environment.

Very well-maintained barrier-free holiday home with swimming pool and grill lounge. Located near the coast with excellent infrastructure and relatively short distances to the beach and the well-known cities of Rovinj, Porec, and Rabac. A hidden gem is also the beach of Plomin Luca, which is approximately 12 km from the house.

We stayed in the house for 14 days, the house is very quiet. Perfect for relaxing! The view of the surrounding countryside is really great. For us the perfect vacation

The villa is located in a very small village on a hill with a beautiful view. It is very quiet there, so perfect for relaxing. There is a small shop in the next village where you can get everything important. For larger shopping trips, it is worth driving to Labin or Pazin (Lidl, Plodine, etc). If you want to explore Istria but also relax, this is the right place. Because due to its central location, you can quickly reach all corners of Istria. What was perfect for my family and me. Pula, Medulin, Rovinj, Porec, the Limski Canal, Hum, Opatija, and many more are worth a visit. If you want a good pizza, you should go to Zminj (about 10 minutes away), where there are two excellent pizza restaurants.

Now more about the house. The house is as described. It is very well equipped. The pool is great. The layout is very harmonious. The view in the morning during breakfast on the terrace overlooking the valley and mountains is fantastic. Everything is here to be content.

The communication with the Lechner family and the local property manager was perfect.

All in all, it was exactly what our family needed.
A perfect vacation.
