Description
Located in the backdrop of the beautiful Montgo National Park mountain range this semi detached 2 bedroom air conditioning villa is an ideal location for a relaxing sun drenched holiday for a family or couple. The villa is situated within a quiet 6 villa urbanisation with a large private pool and communal gardens. Car hire recommended.
Living quarters are on a single level, with two ground floor terraces and a first floor roof terrace. The villa shares a superb large communal swimming pool with 5 other villas. Two entrance gates provide security for children, ideal for parents, as you can relax in the sun knowing that they are safe and only several metres away.
The central feature of the development the pool is surrounded by grass and by well-manicured mature shrubs and palms, allowing you ample space to soak up the sun on the sun loungers. The villa comprises of two bedrooms air conditioning, one with a bunk bed and single bed the other with a double bed, both nicely decorated with ample storage space.
The villa has 2 bathrooms refitted March 2020; both with toilets and walk in shower. The living area is open plan and spacious. The kitchen was refitted April 2019, comprises of a tall fridge freezer, 3 induction electric hobs (cafetiere stove coffee maker), electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, with a breakfast bar seating 6.
The main patio has a BBQ, an ideal area to eat on the those long barmy Costa Blanca evenings.
- Strictly no smoking.
- No pets allowed.
- Minimum booking: 7 days.
- Since it is a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, no loud parties are permitted at the property.
- The property is primarily rented to couples and families.
- We reserve the right to refuse a booking request without any given reason.
- Refundable breakage deposit of 250 EUR required, to be refunded less consumed electricity after check-out (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
- 25% deposit due on booking to reserve the property.
- 75% of rental price and refundable breakage deposit due 8 weeks before check-in.
- Directions and other information will be e-mailed at least one week before check-in.
- Check-in time is after 1600.
- Check-out time is 1030.
- Supply of bed linen and towels included.
- Final cleaning included.

Perfect Holiday-Home
The holiday home meets all requirements for feeling comfortable and is extremely well-maintained. Very nice neighborhood and a very quiet environment which completes the high quality.

Wunderschöne Ferien
We spent 3 very nice weeks in a well-kept complex and a great house. Clean pool, friendly and modernly furnished house, new bathrooms, sun loungers and umbrellas available. By car, you can reach the center of Denia in 10 minutes. In the afternoon, there is often a pleasant breeze. We were there with 2 children (10,13 years) and will definitely come back.

I have stayed here several times now and love this property and find it relaxing and peaceful. Lots of space inside, well equipped, plus lovely outside space and nice pool. Plus love the view of montgo. Highly recommend.

We have been renting the house for several years, it has everything you need for a pleasant holiday. The best part of the house is the large swimming pool. The garden and the pool are regularly maintained.
The view of Montgo is fabulous. We love the town of Denia for peaceful family vacations.
