The living space of the villa is over 200 m2 while the covered terraces and balconies have more than 220 m2. Parking is covered and can accommodate 3 cars.
The villa has 4 double rooms with separate bathrooms and a shared toilet and can accommodate up to 10 people. In the two rooms there is a possibility of adding beds.
Each room is equipped with a separate thermostat for climate control and heating, satellite television, while wifi is available throughout the property.
The estate has 1650 m2 and is completely fenced.
Pool, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis, table tennis, 2 bicycles are at guests' disposal.
The pool is 10 meters long and there is a possibility of heating. There are 8 sun loungers available at the pool.
The Jacuzzi can accommodate 5 people while the sauna is suitable for 2 people.
Access to the tennis court is possible from the villa park.
Two covered terraces are equipped with seating sets while the third glazed terrace next to the grill has an outdoor table for 10 people.
Beautifully landscaped beaches are only 1500 meters away.

Villa is located 5 minutes by car from the center of Pula and is just as far from Fažana, from where it is possible to visit Brijuni National Park. The nearest decorated beach of Hidrobaza - Puntižela is only a few minutes by car.
Numerous places in Istria can be visited in one day. The most distant are less than an hour and a drive from the villa, and are numerous and much closer. If the holiday is a little longer than a week, it is worth to visit Rovinj, Poreč, Bale, Vodnjan, Motovun, Grožnjan ...
Istria is the end of the world famous for its olive oil, wine and truffles.
