Here you have found your feel-good holiday flat with balcony and sea view for all seasons:
The living room with dining area, radio, flat screen TV and a comfortable couch with sleeping function, has an exit to the large furnished balcony with beautiful sea view.
The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. Cot and high chair are included if required.
The kitchen is suitable for preparing small meals. It is equipped with a 2-plate cooker, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery etc.
The luxurious bathroom with natural stone tiles has WC, shower and hairdryer.
There is a free Wi-Fi connection available in the holiday flat.
The flat has a beach chair on the beach (from May to September), which you can use free of charge.
The holiday flat is located on the 1st floor.
There is a lift in the house. A parking space in the underground garage at the house is available free of charge
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the flat. Please use the balcony for smoking.
Please note the special layout of the flat: you enter the flat through the bedroom and then walk through the bedroom, kitchen and living room to the balcony (see photos).

Apartment "Bella Vista"
I enjoyed the fresh breeze and sea air, Binz is charming even in winter. The apartment is spacious for 2 people and brightly decorated. In summer, the covered balcony is surely the second living room, that's why I booked another week in the summer ;-)

Nice holiday apartment at a fair price.
Directly on the beach with a large balcony facing the water. Perfect for 2 people. The kitchen could be bigger, but we didn't intend to host a dinner party here...
So - gladly again!

An apartment with a very beautiful sea view and balcony. We really liked the bathroom as it is very luxuriously equipped. Despite the bad weather, we were able to recover at the beach. We would love to come back.
