Our gardener's house Gut Ohrfeld is located approx. 1200 m away from the natural beach of the Geltinger Bay on a 1600 m² plot at the edge of the field
A living area of approx. 140 m² on 2 floors offers space for couples, families or groups. The newly renovated holiday home has a spacious, light-flooded eat-in kitchen with island and a cosy living room with open fireplace. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with underfloor heating and a shower at ground level. A sauna room with rain shower, underfloor heating, relaxation loungers and exit to the garden offers special holiday comfort.
On the upper floor you will find 2 cosy bedrooms with double beds and a bright, modern bathroom with bathtub.

Welcome home! That's how it feels when you enter the beautiful, well-kept house after nice contact in advance - with the charm of a renovated old building that meets today's living standards and has retained all the fine details.
The good layout of the rooms, the practical details and the loving welcome gestures of the hosts make every holiday a pleasure
We have had the pleasure of being guests in the Gärtnerhaus several times and appreciate not only the furnishings, which are 100% practicable for children and dogs, but also the beautiful atmosphere and the incomparable view of wide fields.

Beautiful holiday home
This beautiful and lovingly renovated holiday home leaves nothing to be desired. The open kitchen is well equipped and offers enough space. The living room, bedrooms and bathrooms are also very tastefully decorated and make it easy to feel at home. And if you are travelling with your dog(s), you will appreciate the large and well-fenced garden. You can make yourself comfortable on the terrace.
The beach is also a short walk away
Lidl, post office, bakery and butcher are only one kilometre away from the holiday home.

Pure relaxation in November
We felt very comfortable in the beautifully renovated and lovingly furnished house. The equipment is perfect and leaves nothing to be desired. Making a fire in the open fireplace also makes November evenings cozy. The securely fenced garden made our dogs' holiday pleasant. The location of the house is excellent, the beach is within walking distance, shopping, restaurants, and excursions are in close proximity. We were warmly welcomed by the von Hobe family and would be happy if we could be guests at the Gärtnerhaus again next year!

Dream house with everything your heart desires.
Upon our arrival, Mrs. von Hobe was already waiting for us in the garden house and welcomed us very kindly. We were immediately impressed with our first tour!
The house, as well as the driveway and garden, have been prepared with great care and upon entering, it feels like no one has lived there before. Very clean and tidy! It is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The rooms are spacious and open, allowing the sun to flood them with warmth and light. In the evening, the fireplace, which is supplied with plenty of firewood, ensures perfect coziness in the living room.
We used the sauna on two days, which could surprisingly heat up to 80 degrees. Various infusion aromas were available to us. Through the exit in the sauna room, you pass by the magnolia tree into the garden, where you can relax wonderfully on very comfortable loungers with a view of endless rapeseed fields. The kitchen is modern, excellently equipped, and very inviting for dining. We didn't lack any utensils while cooking.
From the house, you can reach the Geltinger Birk nature reserve within 30 minutes (by bike), which is ideal for hiking, jogging, and cycling. For swimming, there are long, beautiful beaches in the nearby Kronsgaard.
Supermarkets and a gas station are also less than 2 km away. We didn't miss anything in the house and were able to relax 100% in five days. We would love to come again!
