The holiday home is located on a quiet residential street in Kühlungsborn-West. The Baltic Sea, beach promenade, shops and restaurants can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes.
The bright, practically furnished house offers a cosy atmosphere in all seasons. With its two bedrooms, a large living room with dining area and a separate kitchen, it is ideally suited for guests who place particular value on peace and quiet as well as for families.
In the modern and fully equipped kitchen, you will be tempted to cook and bake together. In addition to the bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC, there is a guest WC with washbasin. There is a washing machine in the storage room.
The terrace and the garden invite you to relax, play or enjoy cosy meals.
Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed
Right next to the house, your car has its place in its own parking area on the property.

Location and surroundings of object
The well-insulated house in solid construction with modern heating is situated on a quiet plot. The sound of the Baltic Sea waves conveys the proximity to the Baltic Sea beach. A few metres away are a shopping market, a bicycle rental, a cinema and a restaurant. The Hanne-Hus is also ideally located for hiking tours on foot or by bike in the charming surroundings.

Very beautiful holiday home
We came in and immediately felt at home. Everything you need is available. Clean, pleasantly warm, enough space, two separate sleeping options (if the partner snores), the bathroom invites you to stay. A guest toilet is also available in the entrance area. Parking is right next to the house (it couldn't be more convenient). The supermarket is just around the corner. The handling with the agency KBT and also with the owner was flawless, competent, and polite. One does not need to worry separately about the tourist tax; the agency takes care of everything.
In one sentence: We would gladly come back.

Generous, clean, comfortable
We spent two wonderful weeks at Hanne-Hus and were impressed by the spaciousness, cleanliness, and equipment of the house. We felt very comfortable and can fully recommend it.

Super cozy holiday home - perfect for small families!
We spent a few days at Hanne-Hus on a cold November weekend and were absolutely thrilled. We didn't miss anything.
Our 2-year-old daughter could romp around the whole house and loved playing on the heated floor (which she's not used to at home).
In the kitchen, we found everything we needed to feed all family members.
And there's also a discount store just around the corner to fill up the fridge. The beds are very comfortable and offer enough space for each family member.
The beach is only a 10-minute walk away. That's why we will definitely come back in the summer.
And when you don't feel like going out, you can also make yourself comfortable on the comfortable couch and just listen to the radio, watch TV, or surf the internet via the very stable and strong Wi-Fi, or stream movies on the tablet/PC. Our conclusion: If you want to spend a few relaxed days at the Baltic Sea, it is worth renting the Hanne-Hus.

Not recommended for cold seasons
Unfortunately, several deficiencies that were not rectified by the agency significantly contributed to a less enjoyable vacation week:
Electrically operated underfloor heating could not be adjusted to the expected "comfort temperature" as required by law. This led to it taking 3 days of autumnally cold weather for the temperature to reach 20° up to a height of 2m. The building with an open top allows the little warm air from the heating to rise... Bedroom nice and warm... Apartment uncomfortably cold.
Result: very cold apartment with cold floors.
Technician on-site had no access to the control system.
Another major annoyance was the restricted function of the Wi-Fi throughout the entire vacation.
Only 1 out of 4 devices could connect to the Wi-Fi.
Devices of the called technicians also only connected with one device to the Wi-Fi. Visitors couldn't connect to the network with any of their phones.
The house itself is beautifully located and equipped with modern amenities (except for the heating/Wi-Fi).
Due to the unresolved deficiencies by the agency, the holiday did not proceed as desired and would certainly not be spent there again.
A partial refund was denied with unsustainable justifications. On the other hand, the annoyance was already great enough, and the financial compensation expected was not worth the further trouble of this stay, or the effort of legal representation.
What a shame for the most beautiful and expensive days of the year.

vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht. Es tut uns Leid, dass Ihnen einige Dinge nicht gefallen haben.
Da im Wohnbereich eine Fußbodenheizung installiert ist, sollte das Haus eigentlich nicht fußkalt sein. Wir sind häufig auch im Winter im Haus und haben die Heizung nach bestem Wissen eingeregelt. Prinzipiell können die Mitarbeiter der Agentur die Temperatur aber bei Bedarf auch nachregeln. Der Techniker der Agentur hat im vorliegenden Fall keine Änderung vorgenommen, da das Thermometer 21 °C anzeigte. Wir werden aber Ihre Nachricht verfolgen, indem wir das Elektrounternehmen, das die Fussbodenheizung errichtet hat, hinzuziehen.
Die W-LAN Anlage wurde erst vor ca. einem Jahr installiert und hat bisher noch keine Beschwerden verursacht. Wir werden die Anlage bei nächster Gelegenheit überprüfen.

Pure recreation!
The house is very comfortably furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It is quiet, but close to the center and the sea. Good restaurants are easily reachable on foot and access to the very long promenade is a 5-minute walk away. Perfect!
