Description
Bright and spacious three-room apartment located near Lazise, in the nearby village of Pacengo, just 950 meters from the lake promenade, the small harbour and the sandy beach with children’s playground. Just 3 minutes walking distance you can enjoy the cozy main square of Pacengo that offers you a choice among classic cafes, typical restaurants, a convenient deli and a vinery such as a tea house for the most elegant ones. The historic centre of Lazise, just like the town centre of Peschiera del Garda, is about 5 km away, only 8 minutes driving distance. The Movieland, Caneva and Gardaland amusement parks are very close to the apartment.
The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a large living room with modern kitchen, double-bed sofa, wooden dining table with 4 chairs, Sat-TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, a 4-plate stove, coffe machine, toaster. A large terrace with two sun chairs, a table and 4 chairs overlooking a green park is perfect for pleasant outdoors lunches and dinners. The master bedroom has got a double bed (1 matress), two bedside tables, a dresser, a spacious wardrobe and a balcony. The smaller bedroom has got two single beds and a third pull-out bed with another wardrobe, a window lights the room providing a beautiful view on a quite park. Two bathrooms are at guests’ disposal: the first one has a window and bathtub to relax yourself during your holiday, the second one is equipped with shower and offers also a washing machine. The apartment is provided with air conditioning. A parking place in front of the house as well as a private garage (2mt high - 2,30mt large - 5mt long) are available for our guests.

I came for the first time here on Lake Garda in 1998 and I remained wordless! Green hills surrounded by vineyards and olive trees and in the background the deep blue of the lake! The climate was mild, the sky was blue and bright. I breathed sea air even though I was on Lake Garda. There was typically tasty food from lake fishermen, traditional Veneto cuisine and refined innovation capable of satisfying the most demanding tastes. I discovered many opportunities to practice different sports, such as golf, canyoning and paraflying. I was then convinced to stay here. I have been working in the tourism sector for 24 years.
