The bright and spacious holiday apartment Eden 3 is located in Pacengo, just 4 km from the town of Lazise and 6 km from Peschiera del Garda, a few metres from the lake promenade, near the church of Pacengo. It is located on the upper floor of a three-floors building with lift and parking place. The best part of the apartment is the 40sqm terrace overlooking Lake Garda, equipped with table, chairs and sun chairs.
Big three-room apartment composed by living room completely equipped for 7 people with fridge, stove, backing oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster. Small double sofa bed suitable for 2 children or 1 adult, Sat-TV, airco and wooden roof. Big bedroom with a double bed and a french bed, two windows, big wardrobe and airco. Second bedroom with two single beds, terrace, airco and private bathroom with shower box and WC, window. Second bathroom with shower box, WC, washing machine, window. No Smoking apartment. Pets on request.
We recommend this apartment to large families or groups of friends who love an active holiday but don’t want to give up the charm of an aperitif on the terrace with sunset view on the peninsula of Sirmione.

I came for the first time here on Lake Garda in 1998 and I remained wordless! Green hills surrounded by vineyards and olive trees and in the background the deep blue of the lake! The climate was mild, the sky was blue and bright. I breathed sea air even though I was on Lake Garda. There was typically tasty food from lake fishermen, traditional Veneto cuisine and refined innovation capable of satisfying the most demanding tastes. I discovered many opportunities to practice different sports, such as golf, canyoning and paraflying. I was then convinced to stay here. I have been working in the tourism sector for 24 years.
