A cosy apartment complex with 8 rental holiday apartments built in 2000 with one parking in the garage for every apartment, nice swimming pool with sunchais and umbrellas, big garden with olive grove, barbecue, table and chairs for outside dining. The distance to Lazise center and to the beach is approx. 1200 mt. A good restaurant/pizzeria is just 20 mt far. In the apartment complex there is also a beauty center. The apartment complex is situated near the Gardesana road so close to many services and the centre.
Nice studio on the ground floor of 30 sqm, equipped with double bed, kitchenette with stove, small fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, table with chairs, safe, washing machine, satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi Fi. Bathroom with shower box and window. Nice terrace with table, chairs and beach umbrella. Ideal for couples.
Thanks to the big garden with olive groves, barbecue and the beautiful swimmingpool, these apartments are much appreciated by families with children and group of friends.
The total price consists in:

I came for the first time here on Lake Garda in 1998 and I remained wordless! Green hills surrounded by vineyards and olive trees and in the background the deep blue of the lake! The climate was mild, the sky was blue and bright. I breathed sea air even though I was on Lake Garda. There was typically tasty food from lake fishermen, traditional Veneto cuisine and refined innovation capable of satisfying the most demanding tastes. I discovered many opportunities to practice different sports, such as golf, canyoning and paraflying. I was then convinced to stay here. I have been working in the tourism sector for 24 years.
