A cosy apartment complex with 10 rental holiday apartments (8 in the "Allegra" apartment complex and 2 in the villa) built in 2000 with swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09), big garden with olive grove, barbecue and garage. The distance to Lazise city center and to the beach is approx. 1200 m. Restaurant/pizzeria at 50 mt. The apartment complex is situated near the Gardesana road so close to many services and the centre. Thanks to the big garden with olive grove, barbecue and a beautiful swimming pool with sun beds, these apartments are much requested by families with children and group of friends. All the apartments have a reserved parking place in the garage.
The villa is divided into two separate three-rooms apartments and can be rented together or separated.
Three-rooms apartment nr 10 located on the mezzanine of approximately 70 sqm composed by double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, table with chairs, fridge with freezer, oven, coffee machine, toaster. Bathroom with tube and window. Big covered terrace with lateral view on the swimming pool and the olive grove equipped with table and chairs. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, air conditioning, safe, Wi Fi and Satellite TV.
The total price consists in:
- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner of the property
- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, welcome kit, assistance and support, professional cleaning, reservation management, commission paid by the host to the portal, mailing and communication, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant
Compulsory tourist tax to be paid cash at the arrival.

I came for the first time here on Lake Garda in 1998 and I remained wordless! Green hills surrounded by vineyards and olive trees and in the background the deep blue of the lake! The climate was mild, the sky was blue and bright. I breathed sea air even though I was on Lake Garda. There was typically tasty food from lake fishermen, traditional Veneto cuisine and refined innovation capable of satisfying the most demanding tastes. I discovered many opportunities to practice different sports, such as golf, canyoning and paraflying. I was then convinced to stay here. I have been working in the tourism sector for 24 years.
