The cozy 2.5 room duplex apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people. The lower level consists of a cloakroom in the entrance area and a spacious living, dining room with an open, well-equipped kitchen, and a guest toilet. The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa that converts to a double bed with mattress and a dining table with 4 seats. Flat screen TV with Internet (WLAN). The balcony offers a beautiful view of the well-kept garden and a dining table with 4 chairs. On the upper floor is the bedroom with double bed, a large mirror cabinet and a flat screen TV. Exit to the balcony which is also equipped with a bistro table and offers a view of the garden. Here is also the bathroom with walk-in shower (rain shower) and toilet. For those who combine their holidays with work, there is an office with desk and swivel chair available in the anteroom. You can use the outdoor pool of the residence and the lawn for sunbathing. Reserved parking in the underground garage.

The lake promenade and the center of Ascona are also within walking distance. Experience a great shopping feeling in the world-famous boutiques of the old town of Ascona! There's a bus station nearby. In Ascona there are numerous events and events that are internationally known and very popular throughout the year. The wonderfully wild nature of the nearby Ticino side valleys, such as the Maggia Valley and Centovalli, offer many excursion, hiking and biking opportunities. For athletes, the nearby 18-hole golf course, various tennis courts and countless other sporting opportunities available. From Ascona it is only about 12 km to Italy.

The Residenza Sabrina Duplex presents itself as a well-maintained, clean, and well-equipped duplex apartment. The only drawback is the rather pronounced sound transmission, which only becomes significant during high occupancy. The location is excellent, and thanks to the adjacent bus stop, the facility is very well connected to public transport. Unfortunately, not all the beds were made when we arrived, and we initially didn't know how the sofa could be converted into a double bed. Since the Fewotessin office was already closed, we received helpful support through the emergency number within a short period. We have booked through Fewotessin several times and have always been very satisfied – the team is friendly, competent, and efficient.
