The sunny apartment can accommodate 4 people. Entrance with fitted wardrobes and a guest toilet. Bright, spacious living, dining area with large windows with french balcony and an exit to the balcony, which is equipped with a dining table and chairs. In the living area is a cozy living area with adjustable neck parts, a dining table and an extra large flat screen TV. The modern kitchen is separated by built-in wardrobes. All windows have electric shutters. Exclusive bathroom with rain shower and toilet. The bedroom with two double beds has a direct exit to the balcony. The second bedroom has two foldaway beds. This room opens onto the patio, which has a large lounge, sun loungers and an electric grill. Here you can relax and enjoy your holiday to the fullest. A reserved covered parking (penultimate from above), as well as another parking is available at the residence.
The apartment is located in a well-kept residence, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation in a quiet and low-traffic district above Locarno. The sunny hillside location offers a fantastic view of Lake Maggiore. Optimal starting point for many leisure activities. Even without a car, Orselina can easily be reached by bus or funicular, which leads directly to the center of Locarno. A small shop, and the nearest bus stop can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. The wonderful Parco di Orselina, with its magnificent amphitheater, hosts many cultural and culinary events every year.
Orselina is known for the pilgrimage church Madonna del Sasso. The modern cable car will take you from Orselina to Cardada in just a few minutes, and then take the chairlift to Cimetta at 1670 meters, an easily accessible vantage point with plenty of hiking opportunities.
