Are you looking for a luxurious private accommodation where you can relax and enjoy your holiday in Istria? The Villa Kalu is definitely the right and relaxing choice for you and your family! The villa is signed by a famous interior architect Boris Ružić. The holiday home Villa Kalu offers lots of space in a designed Istrian Luxushaus. The villa has 3 bedrooms fully air conditioned, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. On the ground floor is the living room with the large terrace and exit to a swimming pool in the garden, the kitchen is equipped with an extra dining area and a small toliete. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with private bathroom. On the attic are the other 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two separate single beds where you can fold out one of these beds to a double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking where you can have breakfast before you take a dip in the beautiful outdoor pool. In the fenced garden with absolute privacy, you can use the barbecue with the large wooden table and cups as well as the chairs and umbrellas by the pool. The nearest town Rovinj and the beach are 15 km from the house. Restaurants, markets and shops are also not so far away from the house.

The small village fo Kanfanar is located 15 minutes drive from Rovinj. One of the major attractions of the area are the ruins of the medieval town of Dvigrad, standing on a rock at the end of the Lim valley. In the village you will find markets, restaurants and bars. Vineyards and olive trees dominate the area of the village, restorants and also taverns are all around is also near Lim Fjord where you can go for a nice boat trip along the coast.
