The thatched-roof summer house has a living area of 50 square meters. On the lake side, there is a terrace of approx. 20 square meters. Upper floor:
- 2 beds (1.90 x 90 cm) in a separate bedroom
- 2 smaller beds (1.90 x 70 cm) by the staircase
Ground floor:
- small bathroom with shower (boiler) and toilet
- living room with couches (one can be pulled out for 2 additional sleeping places), chairs, a table, and cupboards. A wood stove, which can be used for heating on cooler days. - fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, sink, toaster, coffee machine, tea kettle, bread slicer, cupboards, dishes, cutlery, and cooking or baking utensils.
Basement:
- has a separate entrance
- is for storing leisure equipment, such as oars for the rowing boat, sun loungers, etc. - Storage location for charcoal grill
Garage:
- Parking space for one car (carport) and additional parking spaces in front of the property
Within the property, you have exclusive access to the lake, which you do not have to share with anyone. From the house, a 40-meter-long romantic reed path leads to the lake. There you will find a beautiful 20 m long boat dock as well as a spacious sunbathing platform including a sun bench. A bathing ladder allows you to enter the water easily and comfortably. On the large property, you have enough space to accommodate everything and really enjoy yourself. You can also use the large lawn in front of the house to play ball or enjoy the sun during dinner.

Location and surroundings of object
The property is located in one of the most beautiful corners of Krakow Lake, 2 km from the centre of Krakow am See. The house is situated in the middle of a natural forest and meadow area (south and west side) as well as the Krakow Lake (east side). Only on the north side are six other houses in the spacious neighbourhood. Both from the land and from the lake, the property is not or only barely visible.
On 22 October 1956, Krakow am See was awarded the title of "Kurort Krakow am See", making it the second oldest health resort in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Since 18 November 2000, the town has been a "state-recognised climatic health resort".

| In addition to 4 beds upstairs, the house has 1 pull-out couch in the basement, where there are two more sleeping possibilities. A camp fee of 20,- €/day applies for the 5th person or more. The visitor's tax of 1,50€/day and person has to be paid separately. Electricity and water costs are already included in the rental price. Bed linen, if you do not bring it yourself, can be found in the holiday home for a laundry fee of 7,00 € per person. Please let us know with your confirmation if you want to use bed linen. Dishes and towels are to be brought by the tenants themselves. Arrival is generally on Saturdays, arrival on another day on request. |
