Description
You live in an original Swedish wooden house. The main living room with fully equipped kitchenette, dining table for up to 6 people and sofa corner is about 25 sqm. A Danish wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth even in the cold season, in addition to the electric heating.
In the master bedroom there is a double bed 1,80x2,0m with separate mattresses. The small children's room has a bunk bed (2x 0.9mx2.0m). The third bedroom is on the gallery separated by a glass wall with a Flexa bed (0.9x2.0m) + pull-out bed (0.9x1.9m) and an Ikea armchair for cosy reading hours.
The bathroom was extended in 2019 with an extension to include a barrier-free shower and was completely renovated.
The spacious veranda, also recently renovated, offers enough space for 6 people, barbecue and parasol with an unobstructed view of the lake.

Location and surroundings of object
Our original Swedish wooden house is situated on a 600sqm natural plot directly at the Krakow Lake in a small holiday complex with 23 houses in a quiet location. From the veranda it is a 70m walk to the jetty with bathing area. A boat mooring is available.
Access is via a private road to the parking space directly in front of the house. The centre of Krakow am See with all shopping facilities (Aldi, Netto, EDEKA, Sparkasse, KIK etc.) is about 1.5km away.

Urlaub wie in Schweden
A great location, for those who enjoy swimming in the lake, you can do so in 2 minutes in the morning, cycling, canoeing, kayaking, or paddle boating for children, many things to experience in the area (around a 1-hour radius) (Baltic Sea, Warnemünde Harbor, Güstrow Nature Park, Schwerin city, Rostock (including the zoo, etc.), and more. Moors, ... We didn't manage to do everything and will come back next year.
