Holiday in a bungalow/holiday home on the Baltic Sea on the island of Rügen, on the edge of the forest. The holiday home can be booked with a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children up to 14 years

The holiday home has 50 square metres of space, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with anteroom, a bathroom with shower/WC and a large bright living room with panoramic window. In the living room there is a cosy sofa corner with satellite TV. In the small built-in kitchen you will find everything you need to cater for yourself and your family. On the partly covered south-facing terrace, it is usually windless and pleasant to sit there even on cooler days. In front of the house is a large lawn with garden furniture and space for barbecuing.

The holiday complex is located on the island of Rügen in Nonnevitz only 500 metres walk from the bathing beach. The Nonnevitz sandy beach is one of the most beautiful on the island of Rügen. With its kilometres of pure beach sand, it is ideal for families with small children.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the available arrival and departure dates shown on a request. As we have a maximum arrival and departure of 3 in the property, other dates may arise or they may be postponed. I will be happy to send alternatives in these cases.
There are additional costs for electricity, water and gas according to the meter. Bed linen and towels are not part of the equipment and have to be brought along. For pets we charge 5,- Euro per day and pet, one pet per bungalow is allowed. A visitor's tax is not charged in this property. If you are unable to make a booking, please contact us by telephone and we will discuss alternatives or put you on our waiting list. We are happy to answer your questions and are at your disposal.

Cancellation terms:

- Up to 91 days prior to arrival, no cost - 90 to 61 days before arrival: 10% of the rent, at least EUR 30 - 60 to 31 days before arrival: 50% of the rent - 30 days up to the day of arrival: 90% of the rent. If you fail to show up, the entire rental price will be charged.
