Description

This holiday home has a total floor area of 190m2 on two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry and an air-conditioned living room with a dining table. There is also a bedroom for children with bunk beds and a toilet.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms.
With a separate entrance, on the ground floor, there is a large tavern with a fireplace, a kitchen and a dining table

Villa Klesari is a new home for 8 persons, built in 2018 and is located in a small village Klesari, 4 km from Potpićana where there are pharmacies, bakeries and shops. The nearest beach is 13 km away, Pazin town is 13 km away and the beautiful town of Labin is 25 km away. The house has a beautiful view of the mountain Učka and the autochthonous place Pićan. In its own garden of 2500m2 there is a swimming pool, deck chairs, barbecue, covered terrace, swing for children and 3 parking spaces.

The best way to get here is by car - only 15 km away from the exit "Žminj" on the highway "Istrian Y". In any case, you need a car for daily excursions by the Innland Inn. Also, you can travel by plane - Pula Airport (PUY) is 29 km away. But in that case, you have to hire a car.

Beautiful relaxation for the whole family

We were able to experience a wonderful vacation in this holiday home from 12.06 - 22.06.2021. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the Vretenar family. Over the next few days, we were spoiled with all kinds of delicacies from their own garden. The hosts are very accommodating and leave nothing to be desired. We found a clean and tastefully furnished house with very good amenities. The pool was regularly cleaned and guaranteed swimming fun. The property is located on the edge of a small settlement and somewhat secluded, which we personally liked very much. Our expectations were exceeded, and we can recommend this house to anyone who wants a beautiful and relaxing vacation (with children).

A very beautiful villa with perfect amenities in a quiet location.
The villa is brand new and it is a really great house!
Everything you need is available in the house.
Larger cities can be quickly reached by car.
We were a group of 6 people, and the first renters of this villa. The housekeeper and the owners of the villa are extremely friendly and accommodating. Whenever we had questions or problems, we were always helped immediately. For us, it was a successful and relaxing vacation of 2 weeks.
