Dear guests, the house has been rented out since 2017 and offers enough space for up to 14 people. The house has 5 separate bedrooms with a total of 8 double beds, one single bed and 2 children's beds. Ueckermünde and the nature will inspire you and give you a great time.The holiday home is located on a 1500 square metre property, which is fenced off several times. Ideal for dogs and pets are of course allowed. On the property 5 cars can park safely and fenced .There are 2 separate driveways .The holiday home is quiet but centrally located in a 2019 newly built side street and you can reach everything comfortably on foot.Edeka, Aldi,dm etc are only 200 meters away and the centre of Ueckermünde and the beautiful city centre are reached in just under 10 minutes .The holiday home is only 100 meters away from the river Uecker and there is a beautiful path leading directly to the beach from the house.This can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. In the holiday dream everything is available and there are 5 separate bedrooms with a total of 8 double beds, including a huge and heated waterbed.The house has a fireplace which makes the winter evenings very cozy, the associated firewood is free with booking.There is an Infarotsauna in the holiday home, free W-Lan, a large covered terrace with garden furniture and cushions invite you to relax. There are 2 large dining tables in the house and on the terrace, each for 12 people, as you can see in the photos. In the garden there is a beautiful brick barbecue and play facilities for the children.When booking, there are no additional costs for you, it is all included .In the house are 5 Smart TVs with gital cable TV and free Netflix at the guests' disposal. All utilities are included, as well as bed linen, towels .

Quietly and centrally located in a side street, you can reach the centre of Ueckermünde in 10 minutes on foot. A dyke and beach path is only 100 m away from the house and leads you right into the greenery to the beautiful beach of the seaside resort, which you can reach in 20 minutes on foot. The Ueckermünde zoo is very famous for its lions and there are many restaurants in the seaside resort as well as a cinema, a climbing forest and countless cycling paths in the Ueckermünde region

All inclusive, all utilities included with booking, bed linen is provided and plenty of towels are in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the house is everything you need and sun loungers are on site including the corresponding cushions. In the garden there is a nice barbecue and a tree house plus slide. A multiple fenced plot, ideal for dogs and there is a large covered terrace. In the house there are several TVs, an Infarotsauna, a fireplace, two showers and a bathtub .5 bedrooms and max 16 persons at rental contract is concluded in writing on arrival and the tourist tax is not covered by.

Beautiful stay
A beautiful holiday home in a great location, many things are within walking distance. Service and communication with the host were very good and uncomplicated. For us as a group, it was the perfect stay. Thank you very much to our host for that!

Etwas enttäuscht
House and location were good. The cleanliness of the house did not match what the landlord had told us beforehand (especially in terms of cleaning). Spider webs, dirty dishes, dusty cabinets. The house is partially in need of renovation. We were somewhat disappointed by the landlord who had been nice beforehand (no effort to address the substantial deficiencies). Nonetheless, we had a nice holiday in Ueckermünde with its beautiful surroundings.

From the first moment you feel comfortable and welcome. The holiday home is furnished with love and generosity down to the smallest detail. We especially liked the very beautifully landscaped garden, where you could spend time anywhere. The accommodation was excellent, very clean and we wanted for nothing. We felt comfortable all around.

Perfekt
I don't even know what to write? For us, this vacation home was just perfect! Everything you need for a family vacation is there! We immediately felt comfortable! Shopping facilities were reachable in a 10-minute walk, the beach is about 25 minutes away, and the town center is about 15 minutes away. ?
Our landlord was also super nice! It couldn't be better! We would love to come back! We wish Mr. Erben many more lovely vacation guests ?⛱?

Highly recommended - Great holiday home with plenty of space.
