Description
The well-maintained, detached holiday home in the residential area Campo Olivar is situated on an enclosed private plot of approx. 600 sqm with a lovingly landscaped garden, with citrus trees and other Mediterranean plants as well as a private pool measuring 4 x 8 meters. The Roman pool steps allow for comfortable entry and exit. You can also use the tiled steps as seating in the water . . . . . . . . next to the pool an outdoor shower is available for you. Sun loungers on the pool terrace invite you to relax. The transition to the house is formed by the bright conservatory, which you can open with double patio doors, creating a covered living terrace with a beautiful view of the pool. From here you also enter the living-dining room, which is equipped with satellite TV and internet access via Wi-Fi. The adjoining, open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and a large fridge-freezer combination. Two of the double bedrooms are furnished with a French bed, one of the bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower, toilet, and washbasin. In the second bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and toilet, a washing machine is also available. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. Thanks to air conditioning, you can always expect a pleasant room temperature throughout the house. The air conditioners can also be used for heating the rooms on cooler winter days instead of cooling. You can park your car protected from the sun within the property. The sea is only 600 meters away, where there is a pebble beach. The extensive sandy beach is about 2 km away. Shopping facilities and restaurants are located in the surrounding area or in the nearby village of Els Poblets. To the city center of Denia it is approx. 9 km.

Everything went well.
- Everything was super uncomplicated and worked without any problems.
- The house was very clean, the pool was fantastic and we were really very satisfied!
- You can eat really well in the area around the house. :)
