This charming villa was renewed to provide a peaceful and relaxing holiday in the picturesque Istrian countryside away from the crowd of the town. Here in Ripenda you will find your internal peace.
The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all of which are ensuite. To make your stay more comfortable during the hot summer days the villa is completely air conditioned. The villa Nevia has also a SAT TV in both bedrooms and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area connected with the terrace and a nice modern openspace between the nature and the house. Spend your holidays in this lovely Istrian region, relax by the pool immersed in the nature. Villa Nevia awaits for your arrival.

The charming Villa Nevia is located in Ripenda. The Ripenda is only a short drive from Rabac. Ripenda is like most Istrian villages, just a short drive from Rabac on the east coast of Istria. The Ripenda is a typical example of a charming and traditional Istrian village that consists mainly of farmland, stone houses with rolling hills and olive groves. Labin and Rabac are just a short drive from the house and offer an excellent selection of cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy traditional Mediterranean cuisine. We recommend that you try Kvarner Scampi, one of the most popular products of the Adriatic. Rabac was once a small fishing village, today it is a well-known tourist place with beautifully preserved natural beauties, which gave the town the title "Pearl of Kvarner Bay". Near Rabac there are also many medieval towns worth visiting such as Pićan, Gračišće, Paz and Boljun. Labin is a medieval town on a hill just above Rabac. This city is a cultural centre in eastern Istria and is known for its many art galleries and sculpture parks. A beautiful house in an absolutely quiet and wonderful location
Everything in the house is perfect... and the landlords are lovely people... who take care of everything with great care and respond IMMEDIATELY to any questions
Beds, bathrooms, kitchen, pool – everything deserves the title "super"
Cleanliness, everything you need in the kitchen - shopping options reachable in about 7 minutes by car
From supermarkets to drugstores - everything is there
Even with worse weather, no problem - there are TVs available as well as a wonderfully large dining table for game nights
For those bringing a dog – this is also fantastic - the property is completely fenced and there are nice walking paths around the house
We were absolutely happy for 10 days and can only highly recommend this house and the landlords (hoping it's not fully booked next year - because we will be coming back
