Description
Welcome to our holiday home and to nature in the Sternberger Seenland. Nature lovers will enjoy the surroundings and also appreciate the short distances to the Baltic Sea, to Schwerin, to Güstrow and central location in Mecklenburg.
Bicycle tours, canoeing in the Warnow valley, the proximity to the Slavic castle in Groß Raden, the Sternberger Burg camel farm, Kaarz Castle, the carriage museum in Kobrow and much more invite you to undertake activities in the vicinity
If you are just looking for peace and quiet, you will also find it here. You can go fishing and take a walk along the Upper Lakes in Sternberg.

Since this autumn there is a new detached house next to our house on the right with nice residents and the pictures are not renewed yet, because we do not have a drone for new pictures at the moment.
In the cold season the stove in the house and the sauna provide a comfortable temperature. The stove is provided with the stairs and a stove bench.
In the house there are 3 bedrooms (two of them with double bed, in one there are 2 couches), the rooms are equipped with wardrobes, at one there is a walk-in wardrobe. On the lower floor is the large bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room with TV is downstairs, as well as the kitchen, the dining area, a utility room with washing machine and a bedroom.
On the upper floor there is a visitor's WC, two more bedrooms, a cosy reading corner and the open gallery with the lake view
You can park your car right next to the house, and there is a parking space for another car.
The sauna is also located directly at the house and for cooling off in the lake you can use the direct access via the stairs.
Bed linen, electricity and water are included in the price.

Relaxation for nature lovers.
We had a wonderfully relaxing Advent weekend in this exceptional accommodation right on the lake. The clay stove is a real highlight and warmed us perfectly after our walk through the idyllic snowy landscape. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, so you can also cook to your heart's desire on vacation. The good Wi-Fi is also worth mentioning. The natural log house is definitely worth a visit even in the colder season - for us it was relaxation at the touch of a button during Advent. Many thanks to the lovely landlords for this beautiful time-out! :)

Perfect holiday home for a vacation with a dog
We were two with our three dogs for a few days in the beautiful house. The dogs felt very comfortable in the house. In the evening, you can see the sunset on the lake from the terrace. In the mornings, we could walk down to the lake with the dogs or go for a morning round around the lake. In the area, there are also great day hikes by lakes and rivers that you can discover with the dogs. There is a boat by the shore in front of the house that we could use to go out on the lake. The kitchen is very well-equipped, even for people who like baking, everything was there. I can highly recommend the house, would love to come back!

Simply feel good
We were at the Naturstammhaus for the second time this year and it was beautiful again.
The direct access to the lake is just perfect. It's really convenient not to have long distances to the lake.
In addition, the house is very comfortable and well-equipped.
A travel cot and a high chair were available for our baby.
Our dog was also warmly welcomed, so everyone could feel comfortable. We have booked this special house for the third time with the truly sympathetic landlords.
The house is not super cheap, but for the money you get a really special accommodation.

A summer vacation of a different kind
A house of superlatives awaited us on our vacation this year. Everything was just right. An interesting house, coziness, a sunny terrace, and last but not least, a super practical equipment. It may sound trite, but even the kitchen equipment was top-notch. We undertook many interesting trips from here. Thank you to the landlords, the Schmidt family - it was lovely staying with you.

No one is happier than the people from Teterow...
especially when they can spend a few days vacation in this quaint house and the great surroundings!
Sauna and stove provide cozy warmth from outside, champagne and view and a cozy atmosphere for inner warmth. An adventurous walk around the Luckower Lake counters the guilty conscience about the abundant food, because even cooking on vacation is fun with the modern equipment. Perfect house for a girls' weekend
For the second time, six mature girls spent a long weekend in this dream house. The atmosphere in the cozy house, the equipment that leaves nothing to be desired, the location with the great view - even from the sauna - and of course the loving service of the Schmidt family remain unforgettable and provided us with a relaxing break from work and home.

Fantastic house in an idyllic location
Six people, one of them in a wheelchair, spent a wonderful week in the romantic house directly on Luckower See. The house, with a beautiful view of the lake, is functionally furnished and exudes a cosy atmosphere. We spent beautiful evenings, with snow outside, with a delicious glass of wine by the cosy warm stove. There is time for relaxing reading in a cosy corner on the upper floor, which I always enjoyed. The surrounding area is truly rich in excursion destinations, so there is something for every taste and interest
And if there is a problem, the great landlords, Jutta and Bernd Schmidt, are there to help in word and deed. On behalf of my family, I would like to thank you once again for the wonderful time and I will definitely be visiting the area and the house again. :)
