Description
The holiday home is located in the upper part of the Villaggio di Sunclass holiday park in Tlgnale. The Villagio provides a heated swimingpool. Wifi is provided without charge. The next supermarket is 1,5 km away.
The size of the bungalow is approx. 60 sqm. It has a spacious living and dining area, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom as well as two terraces
The newly equipped kitchen is equipped with a microwave (with grill and circulating air), a coffee machine, a kettle, a large new fridge-freezer, a 4-burner gas stove and a dishwasher. Crockery, cutlery and glasses are available in sufficient number. In the living room there is a satellite TV with German programmes, a radio with CD player and a pellet stove. Pellets can be bought in the supermarket in the village.
The bathroom is equipped with washbasin, mirror cabinet, shower, toilet and hairdryer. The two bedrooms offer space for three to four persons with two single beds and a double bed with m width. There are two terraces equipped with garden furniture, parasol. Washing machine and dryer are available in the administration building. There is also free WLAN. Dogs are welcome.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home (A 89) is located in the upper part of the Villaggio di Sunclass holiday park and was completely renovated in 2018. The holiday park is located in a nature reserve approx. 600 m above Lake Garda. From the bungalow itself you have a wonderful view of Lake Garda and the Monte-Baldo massif. Many paths invite you to hike or trek directly from the holiday village. The varied mountain landscape is also a paradise for mountain bikers. Bicycles can be hired and leisure activities can be booked through the park administration. The centre of Gardola is about km away. There is a supermarket, a baker, a butcher, a pharmacy, a gas station and several recommendable restaurants
The house is centrally located in the holiday resort and is only a few minutes walk from the administration building and the heated swimming pool. The pool with children's pool and slide, playground and table tennis is only accessible to Sunclass guests and is supervised by a lifeguard. In the high season, animators also take care of the children's entertainment. An administrator pair is available for questions.

Cancellation terms:
- If the tenant terminates the contract prematurely without naming a new tenant who fulfills this contract under the same conditions, the following costs must be paid as compensation. Cancellation before the start of the rental: - up to 30 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price - later than 29 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price If the tenant breaks off the stay prematurely, the entire rental price must be paid. It is recommended that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

The rental price includes all costs such as electricity, gas and water as well as the use of the swimming pool with deck chairs. Not included are towels, tea towels and bed linen. Please bring your own. The only exception is the bed sheet for the double bed, which is available in the bungalow and must be placed in the laundry drum after use. Despite the departure, please wash the dishes and dispose of the garbage yourself.
There are propane gas bottles in stock. If one bottle is empty, then the second is to be connected (left thread with closing) and for the emptied one gas bottle is to be procured from the manager of the Bungalow plant at expense of the landlord. This ensures that there is always sufficient stock for you and for subsequent guests.
To ensure that you reach your destination without any problems, you will receive the following directions: Destination Via Bernic 73, 25080 Tignale, Italy. If you are using a navigation device, please set it to "fastest route", as otherwise there may be misrouting on short and very steep side roads. For older navigation devices please enter Via Don Bosco, 25080 Tignale. The road leads into Via Bernic.

Everything's fine.
A beautiful, well-maintained accommodation furnished with everything necessary in a fantastic environment; the view of Lake Garda is magnificent; the landlady, Mrs. Klose, is reliable for questions, tips, etc.; we will gladly come back.

Ein Traum von einer Unterkunft
Wir waren für 12 Tage zu zweit in diesem Bungalow ..wenn das Wetter mitspielt steht man morgens auf und ab 7 Uhr begrüßt einen schon die Sonne auf der Terrasse.. wir hatten das Glück jeden Morgen ..
Die Wohnung hat alles was man zum leben..aber auch zum kochen braucht ..die Aussicht ist traumhaft und wohl kaum durch einen anderen Bungalow zu überbieten.. Supermarkt ist auch nur 6 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Also: Geht nicht besser ?

Super
Wir waren mit unserem Enkelsohn (13 Jahre) in dem gemütlich eingerichtet Bungalow um eine Woche Urlaub zu verbringen.Leider viel zu kurz.
Nach einer sehr langen Fahrt, bedingt durch Staus, kamen wir im dunklen in Gardola an, nach einem Anruf bei Frau Klose wurden wir, von ihr, hoch zum Bungalow gebracht. Hierfür nochmals vielen Dank. Mit einer Traumaussicht von den Tarrassen am Bungalow,auf den Gardasee und Monde Baldo war der Streß schnell wieder vergessen. Den beheizten Pool haben wir täglich nach unseren herrlichen Ausflügen genutzt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Urlaub mit Hund und Kindern
Wir haben 2 Wochen in Tignale verbracht. Der Bungalow liegt toll, mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Gardasee. Toll eingerichtet, gemütlich, sauber und modern. Der Weg zum Pool war nicht weit. Auch mit mittelgroßem Hund sehr schön. Es gibt schattige Plätze auf der Terrasse und in der Hecke :) für den Vierbeiner. Die Vermieterin toll und unkompliziert.
Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen.

Traumhaft!
Vermutlich das schönste Ferienhaus in der ganzen Anlage! Einzigartiger Blick von der schönen Terrasse! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, gemütlich eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Wir haben uns zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt - auch wenn das Bad zugegebenermaßen etwas eng ist :-)
In der direkten Umgebung tolle Wander- und Spaziermöglichkeiten und viele gute Restaurants. Tipps: Rucculi in Oldesine und Rotonda.

Traum Aussicht, perfekte Lage, gute Ausstattung, top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis !
Wir haben hier eine wunderschöne Woche mit unseren Kindern genossen. Ausstattung und Zustand stimmten mehr als 100% mit Beschreibung überein – lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Ferienhaus hat eine umlaufende Terrasse von 3 Seiten mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Gardasee, Monte Baldo und das unterlegende Städtchen Tignale. Der Bungalow hat eine sehr gute Lage - nah am Pool jedoch hört man keinen Lärm. Es befindet sich an einer Sackgasse also fahren nur paar Autos täglich vorbei - absolute Ruhe. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Einkaufen oder Essen in Tignale, ca. 20 Minuten zum Gardasee-Ufer. Für Zöliakie-betroffene können wir die Pizzeria Al Torchio in Tignale sehr empfehlen – leckeres Essen und sicher glutenfrei – wegen den separaten Ofen. Es gibt viele Wander-Möglichkeiten auch rund um die Bungalowanlage – man braucht nur feste Schuhe.
Wir können den Bungalow Bellavista ehrlich weiterempfehlen und kommen hierher gerne wieder!

Bungalow mit Traum Aussicht
Der Bungalow ist perfekt ausgestattet und hat eine absolut fantastische Aussicht.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Poolanlage ist sehr gepflegt und mit Kindern einfach perfekt.
Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

Sehr schöner Bungalow in toller Lage
Der Bungalow liegt sehr schön mit herrlichem Blick auf den See und in der Nähe zum Pool. Er ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Die Terassen sind mit hochwertigen Möbeln (Stühle, Liegen, Tische) ausgestattet. Der Bungalow ist sehr gepflegt und sauber - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, äußerst flexibel und geht auf die Wünsche ihrer Mieter unkompliziert ein. Wir haben hier einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht - vielen Dank!

Sunclass - die Seele baumeln lassen
Wir waren zum ersten Mal in einem Sunclass Bungalow und haben uns ab der ersten Minute wohl gefühlt. Für meinen vierzehnjährigen Sohn gab es ein eigenes Schlafzimmer. In den Kleiderschränken und Nachtkästchen war genug Platz für die Kleidung und was man sonst so braucht. Die Matratzen sind neu und wir haben gut geschlafen. Mit den elektrisch zu betätigen Jalousien ist die Beschattung an heissen Tagen ein Kinderspiel. Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber durchdacht eingerichtet. Im Spiegelschrank standen Einweg-Zahnputzbecher und ein Vergrösserungsspiegel war sehr hilfreich. Im Waschbecken-Unterschrank war auch noch Stauraum für die Badezimmer-Utensilien. Es gibs ja nichts Schlimmeres als zu wenig Ablage im Bad.

Let the soul dangle
Together with two friends, I was looking for a quiet place to stay on or near Lake Garda in October. A colleague at work recommended Sunclass. Bungalow Bellavista appealed to us the most. Our choice turned out to be spot on. The small, but well thought-out Bellavista holiday home fulfilled all our wishes. The cosy, not overloaded furnished living/dining room, the bright guest rooms and the larger bedroom met our expectations. The kitchen is as new as the other furniture, thoughtfully planned and equipped with everything you need for your holiday. The bathroom is small but functional
We had wonderful weather, enjoyed the view of the lake and Monte Baldo from the terrace, could walk directly from the holiday complex into the mountains, also went to the lake and from Limone by boat to Malcesine. As it was low season, there was no sign of crowds
We were surprised by the quality of the restaurants in Gardola. All the establishments are to be recommended. If you are good on foot, you can easily walk the two kilometres to the centre of the village. From time to time we also went by car. There are two bars (Hotel Tignale and Bar Roma). The Aperol Sprizz was very good in both bars.
The swimming pool was already closed, but in summer it is certainly more attractive for families with children than the small beaches on the shore of Lake Garda. We can definitely recommend Bungalow Bellavista.
