Welcome to Polchow on the island of Rügen - your holiday address directly on the Baltic Sea coast. Here you will find a unique place to relax, ground yourself, feel good - and also particularly interesting for large families. The Klinkerhus offers over 230 square metres of space for families with up to 17 guests and 9 separate bedrooms (no bunk beds) !
You live in an idyllic and quiet location over 4 floors with a magnificent view of the Great Jasmund Bodden. The 1700 sqm farm garden invites you to relax.
The house is super spacious and very well equipped with over 240 sqm of floor space: light-flooded rooms with views of the water, the large garden, the adjacent fields, all the way to Hiddensee; an XXL kitchen/dining area; 2 sun terraces facing south & west; WLAN , fly screens, automatic shutters, fireplace, 5 to 6 car parking spaces on the property, ....
The ground floor: The kitchen/living room has approx. 25 sqm of space and a large dining area for up to 16 people. There are floor to ceiling windows
Windows onto the terrace with a view of the Great Jasmund Bodden. The kitchen is equipped with an extra-ice dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, separate freezer, modern Ceran cooker with oven, plenty of storage space and work surface, enough dishes, glasses and cutlery for all guests, etc. .... The adjoining bright and light-flooded living area with floor-to-ceiling windows offers a great view of the Bodden and the farm garden. Enjoy the spaciousness, comfortable seating, 50 inch TV, wood-burning stove. On this floor you will also find a large bathroom with shower and WC as well as an approx. 15 sqm master bedroom with 1.80 double bed; large hallway with spacious wardrobe.
The adjoining terrace ( 50 sqm) leads directly into the garden and can be accessed from both the kitchen and the living room without steps. The landscaped outdoor terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol, 53cm Weber barbecue.
If required, you can get a children's chair, cot, children's cutlery/crockery. In the garden, the children can romp around on the small playground.
Upper floor:
Here you will find a large hallway with a small gallery and a beautiful view from the dormer window towards the north & west to the island of Hiddensee. Here you will also find a cosy place to read in the wing chair. On this floor there is a master bedroom of approx. 18 sqm with adjoining junior room (single bed), another large bedroom of approx. 13 sqm. Another bedroom offers visually separated space over 2 floors with a total of 20 sqm for 4 guests. In addition, you have a large bathroom with bathtub, shower, 2 washbasins, ....... All rooms have windows with insect screens.
Attic :
For large families, there is another room (approx. 12 sqm) with two single beds.
In the sunny basement - the XXL variant!
Here you have the unique possibility to accommodate another 4 guests separately in their own 55 sqm holiday flat. The flat can be reached comfortably from the floors above via the shared staircase from the inside. Large terrace windows bring a lot of light into the combined living/dining area with directly adjacent large sun terrace (32 sqm, west side) and separate entrance. The combined living and dining room has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer and a separate dining area for 4 guests. You also have SmartTV, DVD, CD radio and WLAN. The two separate bedrooms each have two double beds and enough storage space. You also have a friendly bathroom with shower/WC and a wardrobe with further storage space. The large, sunny outdoor terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a beach chair and a barbecue

Everything was to our complete satisfaction, very nice, dedicated landlord. Very clean, beautiful accommodation in a quiet, idyllic location with a fantastic garden. Suitable for exploring the island by bike.
