Description
The spacious, modern flat has its own entrance and is located in the basement of a beautiful, renovated old villa. A cosy living room with flat-screen TV, DVD/Bluray player, music system (Sony with CD/Docking St. iPod/iPhone/USB/MP3) and two bedrooms (one also with flat-screen TV) await you, as well as a well-equipped eat-in kitchen that invites you to cook. A full bathroom (shower, bathtub, WC) and an additional, separate WC and a large hallway round off the flat layout.
WLan/WiFi is available free of charge.
For short breaks in the metropolis of Hamburg (city trip) as well as for longer stays (please ask for special conditions!) for up to 6 people. In the immediate vicinity you will find the Kath. children's hospital Wilhelmstift in Hamburg Rahlstedt, the institute ILS GmbH, Hamburg Rahlstedt and the Studio Hamburg in Hamburg Tonndorf.
All shopping facilities 'around the corner' (bakeries, supermarkets, 'Rahlstedt-Center' etc.)
Bus and train stops are only a few minutes' walk away. The Regio/Rapid train takes you to Hamburg's main station/city centre in only 14 minutes !

Very spacious apartment in a quiet location
The apartment is located on the edge of a residential area with many villas from the founding era. With a large kitchen and a large living and dining room. Very well equipped. If something is missing, just ask the landlady, and you will get help. We spent a very nice extended weekend here. Everything you need is right nearby. It is a 6-minute walk to the train station, and from there, it takes 15 minutes by regional train to Hamburg Central Station. We would love to come back.

Great apartment near the quiet city.
The apartment is very spacious and perfectly equipped. The first impression is a bit dark, as it is in the basement, but each room is adequately bright. It is sure to be an oasis during high temperatures. The inventory, such as glasses, porcelain, etc., is sufficient and of good quality. Very friendly and helpful landlady. Shopping opportunities and restaurants can be reached within a few minutes. We were in the city center in 15 minutes with public transportation. Definitely recommended.
