The flat is located on the Gulf of Moneglia , in an enchanting area with magnificent views , tranquility and privacy . The flat consists of 2 bedrooms (4 people) , kitchen with living area , bathroom with shower , balcony with table and chairs , independent heating and air conditioning - satellite TV 40 inches - Wi-Fi - dishwasher and washing machine - solarium terrace private - garden private - car park .
From June to September you can use free of charge a beautiful swimming pool in the complex at 70 metres from the house .
The sea and the centre of Moneglia can be reached on foot via a footpath with a walk of 5 to 10 minutes , the sea is really close ...
However, we always have a free private car park near the train station of Moneglia , also free transfer from the train station of Moneglia on the day of check-in and check-out , on request from the main airports ( at an additional cost ) .
N.B. The flat is currently being renovated and will be available to customers from April 2019. The photos will be updated in the coming months .
