Description
The apartment is located in a 2-family house in a very quiet area at the end of a dead end street at the edge of the Plattenkogel.
The comfortable furnishing, living-dining room with original Pinzgau tiled stove, the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The 10 sqm floor-heated bathroom is connected to the own sauna. The hall and separate WC are also floor-heated. The apartment has a bedroom and a pull-out double sofa bed. After a day of skiing or hiking, you can relax in the apartment's own sauna and then enjoy the flickering fire in the Pinzgau tiled stove in the cosy corner of the armchair. The firewood is included in the price.
The first chair lift is 200 m away, so you have connection to other lifts with a total of 200 km of slopes of all levels of difficulty until the descent to the house is possible. Ski schools are in the village. The high-altitude cross-country ski run is below the house. Snow is guaranteed from December to the beginning of May.

The holiday resort Hochkrimml is part of the Hohe Tauern National Park and is famous for its Krimmeler Waterfalls and its wonderful hiking area. The Krimmeler Waterfalls are a state-approved curative spring for asthma and bronchial diseases. We will gladly provide you with information about this.
In summer, after a hike, old traditional alpine huts invite you to enjoy a snack, the Gletscherblickalm with its own cheese dairy and a magnificent view of the glacier. In winter you can take a break in the newly built small restaurant halfway up the Duxeralm run. The newly built Duxeralm, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, spoils you with Pinzgauer and international cuisine. The weekly programme includes folklore evenings, Schuhplatteln and live music.
You have shopping possibilities in the small shop in winter. It provides you with the daily need of food. There are supermarkets in

Cancellation terms:
The tenant can cancel the contract up to 60 days before the start of the rental period. In this case, only 40% of the rental price is due. If the tenant withdraws later, the agreed rental price is payable, unless the vacation apartment can be rented out to someone else. Of course, the tenant can name a suitable replacement tenant.

Absolutely recommended
We felt absolutely great. The landlord responded quickly and reliably to our inquiries and helped us further. The heating worked great and the shower was fantastic. Nice and warm with good pressure. The apartment was pleasantly warm, clean, and equipped with everything one needed upon arrival. The room layout with one bedroom and a living room is excellent. The location is very good. The Plattenkogel is right at the door, and other noteworthy destinations are also easy to reach.
The booking went smoothly, and the digital guest card worked perfectly.
Our two dogs felt comfortable and were warmly welcomed.
We would love to come back.
