Villa Dolores, just outside the town of Pazin, is a spacious hotel ideal for large groups and families with 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. This beautiful restored old stone house is completely private and peaceful. The large pool and large covered outdoor terrace are surrounded by meadows and woods. The villa lot is large and there are no neighbors overlooking the property. You will find that the house has a lot of character and will bring home wonderful memories.
The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The large kitchen with all cutlery and appliances.
Comfortable sofas, a large TV with DVD and satellite channels are located in the large living room. The entire interior is air conditioned.
Outside there is a fireplace with barbecue (grill), the outdoor terrace with dining table and many sofas. Around the pool there are sun loungers.

Pazin is a 1000 year old town and the center of Istria County. It is located on a large cave, a natural phenomenon. Above the cave is a medieval fortress, which houses a museum. Everywhere there are small medieval towns with very good value for money and excellent food and drink. The coast is 30 min away. Grocery, restaurant, supermarket, bank etc are 5 min from the villa.

Absolutely brilliant holiday home!!!
Highly recommended!
In the summer of 2021, we stayed with a group of 22 young adults, all in their mid-20s, for a week at Villa Dolores. We were absolutely thrilled with this great holiday home!
The first thing that stands out after arriving: the house is big, really big! Not just well photographed, but truly spacious. Both the pool and the large terrace easily accommodate even larger groups. And the equipment (dishes, etc.) is also very good. ) is comfortable even when fully loaded with 22 people. Really great. And the second thing that stands out: Everything is super clean and well maintained! I have never experienced this in any vacation home before. You immediately feel comfortable.
The landlord is VERY helpful, greets you warmly and also checks during the week if he can help with anything else. Not intrusive at all, very accommodating. Very pleasant. The location of the house is quiet, you hardly notice the neighbors. An ideal starting point for tours to destinations throughout Istria. And the spacious pool and volleyball field invite you to relax on-site. Perhaps the only way to improve further: the (free!) Wi-Fi was not very reliable during our stay (router needed irregular restarts). But that definitely doesn't diminish the enthusiasm. Summary:
Villa Dolores is by far the most beautiful vacation home I have ever experienced. Our group was able to spend a wonderful holiday there, which we will talk about for a long time. The Paulisic landlord family was very hospitable and helpful. Unrestricted recommendation!
