Our detached bungalow in an absolutely quiet location with a romantic lake - and mountain view lies 600m above the western steep shore of Lake Garda. The 60 sqm large bungalow is situated in a nature reserve
The spacious dining - living area invites you to linger on the beautiful couch. SAT-TV and a stereo system are available.
In the park you can book WLAN via the local administration.
The dining place is designed for 6 persons.
We have three bedrooms with two beds each (a double bed, a bunk bed and two single beds).
For colder days there is a pellet stove in the living area
A cosy candlelit barbecue evening and a view of the illuminated eastern shore of Lake Garda and the Monte Baldo mountains make you forget the stress of everyday life.
In the small kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare all your meals. There is a fridge, coffee machine, microwave, mini oven, double induction hob, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery
A community pool with a children's pool and a playground are also part of the pampering programme in the complex. During the summer holidays there is a daily animation programme for the children.
Location and location of our holiday home:
The resort "Sunclass Bungalow's" is located in the climatic health resort Tignale on a plateau of the western side of Lake Garda between Limone and Gargano. The municipality of Tignale consists of 6 districts. The Gardola head office is about a 20 minute walk from the bungalow complex.
The village has numerous restaurants, shops, bank, pharmacy, first aid station and petrol station. And an oil mill that offers weekly guided tours.
The pilgrimage church Madonna di Montecastello is reachable by car.
Other excursion destinations in the neighbouring municipalities and around Lake Garda (Sirmione, Gardeland, Monte Baldo, Riva, waterfalls) make your holiday an experience to remember.
An excursion to Verona, Vendig or Milan is also possible
The area also invites you to relax and recharge your batteries by the pool in the complex or by the lake.
Beautiful hikes in the mountain landscape as well as countless sports such as mountain biking, canoeing, windsurfing and much more enrich the holiday.

Not as described.
Beautiful surroundings, great views, lovely terrace. Down in the village, you can find everything you need: a great pizzeria, a small grocery store, and the contact with the landlady is nice and friendly. Unfortunately, all of this doesn't matter when you receive a dirty accommodation with mold and dampness. After two days of travel, we were really looking forward to our accommodation. The journey was somewhat problematic as the signs were hard to find, and the key was not deposited as agreed but publicly hung on the reception door with the bungalow number. Anyone could have entered. After we found and entered the bungalow, the disappointment was huge! Everything that the host said should have been left clean by the guest and not part of the final cleaning was not clean. Fridge, oven, stove, dishes... all dirty. The whole house, unfortunately, was not cleaned, not to mention the moldy bathroom with the previous tenant's hair. It smelled musty and felt damp. The small bathroom is constantly wet, despite having the door open and an electric exhaust fan. We have nothing against animals, but you can also vacuum a sofa. There is a pellet stove in the house, and there should be pellets available, but unfortunately that was not the case. We had to get them ourselves to warm up the house and reduce the moisture. We had planned to stay there for 14 days, but unfortunately the roof began to leak on the 9th day, which was the final straw for us, and we left early. The landlady apologized for this and provided a small refund. We had chosen a house that was a bit more expensive than other houses and had hoped that we would do everything right and have a relaxing holiday. Unfortunately, it didn't work out. Only the location does not justify a high price, more is needed for that. Too bad.

Unfortunately not as expected
The positives first:
The view is fantastically beautiful. Sufficient dishes available. The refrigerator is spacious. Nice contact with the landlords.
The negative points:
The bungalow is showing its age, the floor, windows, and the bathroom probably still in their original condition. The electrical system is weak, every time we turned on the kettle, the fuse blew. Worn out, with mold, especially in the bathroom, the roof leaking with water stains on the ceiling, the bedroom with damp walls. Consequently, the smell was very musty. Some windows can only be tilted or not opened at all. Some blinds are broken, blinds' cords torn. Unfortunately, it was not cleaned or only superficially cleaned upon arrival, had to clean again for over an hour. There was no compensation, and the final cleaning had to be paid for. Insects and spiders/cobwebs everywhere due to broken fly screens.
Due to the bad weather, we spent a lot of time indoors and unfortunately did not feel comfortable.
