Our detached bungalow in an absolutely quiet location with a romantic lake - and mountain view lies 600m above the western steep shore of Lake Garda. The 60 sqm large bungalow is situated in a nature reserve
The spacious dining - living area invites you to linger on the beautiful couch. SAT-TV and a stereo system are available.
In the park you can book WLAN via the local administration.
The dining place is designed for 6 persons.
We have three bedrooms with two beds each (a double bed, a bunk bed and two single beds).
For colder days there is a pellet stove in the living area
A cosy candlelit barbecue evening and a view of the illuminated eastern shore of Lake Garda and the Monte Baldo mountains make you forget the stress of everyday life.
In the small kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare all your meals. There is a fridge, coffee machine, microwave, mini oven, double induction hob, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery
A community pool with a children's pool and a playground are also part of the pampering programme in the complex. During the summer holidays there is a daily animation programme for the children.
Location and location of our holiday home:
The resort "Sunclass Bungalow's" is located in the climatic health resort Tignale on a plateau of the western side of Lake Garda between Limone and Gargano. The municipality of Tignale consists of 6 districts. The Gardola head office is about a 20 minute walk from the bungalow complex.
The village has numerous restaurants, shops, bank, pharmacy, first aid station and petrol station. And an oil mill that offers weekly guided tours.
The pilgrimage church Madonna di Montecastello is reachable by car.
Other excursion destinations in the neighbouring municipalities and around Lake Garda (Sirmione, Gardeland, Monte Baldo, Riva, waterfalls) make your holiday an experience to remember.
An excursion to Verona, Vendig or Milan is also possible
The area also invites you to relax and recharge your batteries by the pool in the complex or by the lake.
Beautiful hikes in the mountain landscape as well as countless sports such as mountain biking, canoeing, windsurfing and much more enrich the holiday.

Nicht wie beschrieben.
Schöne Umgebung, tolle Aussicht, schöne Terasse, unten im Ort gibt es alles was man braucht, tolle Pizzeria, kleiner Lebensmittelhandel und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist auch nett und freundlich.
Leider nützt das alles nichts, wenn man eine verschmutzte Unterkunft mit Schimmelbefall und Feuchtigkeit bekommt.
Wir hatten uns, nach zwei Tagen Anreise sehr auf unsere Unterkunft gefreut. Die Anreise gestaltete sich etwas problematisch, da man die Hinweise auf den Schildern fast nicht findet und auch der Schlüssel war nicht wie verabredet deponiert, sondern hing öffentlich an der Tür der Rezeption incl. Nummer des Bungalow. Hätte also jeder rein gekonnt.
Nachdem wir den Bungalow gefunden und betreten hatten, war die Enttäuschung gross!
Alles was man als Gast, lt Gastgebers sauber hinterlassen sollte und nicht zur Endreinigung gehört, war nicht sauber. Kühlschrank, Backofen, Herd, Geschirr... alles schmutzig. Das komplette Haus war leider nicht gereinigt, vom verschimmlten Bad mit Haaren vom Vormieter ganz zu schweigen. Es roch muffig und fühlte sich klamm an.
Das kleine Bad ist dauerhaft nass, trotz offener Tür und elektrischer Absaugung.
Wir haben nichts gegen Tiere aber man kann auch ein Sofa absaugen.
Im Haus steht ein Pelletofen und es sollten Pellets vorhanden sein und auch das stimmte leider nicht , denn diese mussten wir erst besorgen, denn man musste etwas heizen um die Feuchtigkeit aus dem Haus zubekommen.
Eigentlich wollten wir 14 Tage dort verweilen, leider leckte es nach 9 Tagen durchs Dach, was uns den Rest gegeben hat und wir vorzeitig abgereist sind. Die Vermieterin hat sich dafür entschuldigt und uns eine kleine Erstattung gemacht.
Wir hatten ein Haus ausgesucht, welches etwas teuer war als andere Häuser und hatten gehofft das wir damit alles richtig machen und einen entspannten Urlaub haben. Hat leider nicht funktioniert.
Nur die Lage rechtfertigt leider keinen hohen Preis, da gehört etwas mehr dazu. Schade.

Leider nicht wie erwartet
Das Positive zuerst:
Die Aussicht ist traumhaft schön. Geschirr in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank ist geräumig. Netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern.
Die negativen Punkte:
Der Bungalow ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, der Boden, die Fenster und das Bad vermutlich noch im Originalzustand. Die Elektrik schwach, jedes Mal, wenn wir den Wasserkocher eingeschaltet haben, flog die Sicherung.
Abgewohnt, mit Schimmelbefall vor allem im Bad, das Dach undicht mit Wasserflecken an der Decke, das Schlafzimmer mit feuchten Wänden. Dementsprechend war leider auch der Geruch sehr muffig. Die Fenster lassen sich teilweise nur kippen oder gar nicht öffnen. Rollos teils defekt, Rollogurte abgerissen.
Leider war bei Ankunft nicht oder nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt, hier musste nochmals über eine Stunde geputzt werden. Eine Entschädigung gab es aber nicht, und auch die Endreinigung musste bezahlt werden. Überall Insekten und Spinnen/Spinnweben durch defekte Fliegengitter.
Wir haben aufgrund des schlechten Wetters viel Zeit innen verbracht, leider haben wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt.
