In the popular holiday park, our comfortable holiday home in a great peripheral location offers peace and relaxation with space for up to 6 people and a baby

It is fully furnished, with everything you need and also very family-friendly. A high chair, cot, stair gate and bed fall-out protection are available.

On the ground floor you will find the bathroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds (not movable), and the open-plan living and dining area as well as the open-plan kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooker with ceramic hob and hot-air oven, coffee machine, Senseo pad machine, toaster, sufficient crockery and cutlery, pots, pans and many other useful kitchen utensils

In addition to the cosy relax sofa corner and a TV armchair, there is a large TV with cable and SKY TV, as well as a stereo system and DVD player. A small safe keeps your valuables safe.

In the second room there are 2 single box-spring beds (can be pushed together) and several children's books as well as recorders and VHS fairytale tapes.

The cosy terrace - now under a generous terrace roof - offers space for a comfortable get-together - even when it rains. Sufficient garden furniture, sunshades and a beach chair are available for this purpose. We have numerous amenities for your children, such as a scooter, a play wagon and a play tunnel. There is an in-house bicycle stand for your bicycles.

For you as our guests, fast fibre-optic internet/WLAN, SKY-TV, telephone within DE (without special numbers) are free of charge, as are all consumption costs such as heating, gas, electricity and water.

From the house to the sea is possible in a few minutes here in Dorum-Neufeld. In a holiday park, in a quiet cul-de-sac location without through traffic, you can end the evening in the new beach chair facing the sea dike and sunset with a delicious drink.
There is Gründeich and the mudflats/sea - depending on the tides. The access to the sea is possible via built stairs
