Description
With a prime location about 10 minutes walk from the beach is our beautiful spacious house on a fully fenced plot directly on the water release.
In 3 bedrooms on two floors can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably on a total of about 80 square meters.
The entire house was newly furnished in December 2015 and equipped with new mattresses.
The living room has a fireplace which provides a cozy atmosphere for a game night or a DVD evening with the family as well as a 46 inch LCD TV with Blue-Ray player. The satellite dish, there is a wide range of air channels. We also offer a number of DVDs.
The upper bathroom has a hot tub and heated floors, the lower with a shower. We also have heated towel rails in both bathrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, freezer, Senseo coffee machine and all necessary accessories.
The upper floor has a master bedroom with a m bed and a 24 inch LCD TV. The nursery is equipped with two bunk beds of 90 cm wide and a few toys.
Much of the windows are fitted with shutters and mosquito nets, so that can be slept on warm summer nights with open windows easily.
The terrace is equipped with four chairs and two lounge chairs and a large umbrella. For a carefree barbecue pleasure our guests a Weber kettle grill.
Our house is particularly suitable for families with children because the garden is completely fenced and also offers plenty of space to play and run with 600 square meters. A high chair, baby cot and a buggy is complimentary.

additional information:
The house Marisma is at the end of Kormoranweg at a dead end, so that no cars or public transport disturbs the peace. Parking for a maximum of two cars (one behind the other) can be found just in front of the house.
From the in south-east facing terrace you have a clear view on a large nature reserve.
The small river just beside the garden invites you to relax and unwind.
Dorum Neufeld is a coastal resort on the North Sea. Bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance and also the booths at the port load during the season always wanted a snack.
In the National Park house behind the dike that is found in high season free swimming pool and a large children's playhouse, which provides the children with its building and playing possibilities for exciting entertainment even in bad weather. Even the adjacent aquarium is always worth a visit.
For dog owners there is a large dog beach can frolic freely on the quadrupeds.

Super holiday home
We were in this house with 5 adults, one child, and a dog. There was plenty of space. The furnishings were perfect, the garden huge and fenced. The path to the beach was short. By the way, the best dog beach! Would love to come back.

Great little house
We have now been to this house for the second time with three adults, two children, and two dogs and were once again totally thrilled. The furnishings are great, especially the two bathrooms. The washing machine and the available baby cot with high chair are also practical. The location is fantastic, the house is absolutely quiet at the end of the holiday park. In the garden, you are undisturbed, neither pedestrians nor cyclists pass by here. The contact with the landlords was always friendly. We can highly recommend this holiday home and have actually already booked our next two vacations there =)

Feel-good house
We were there with 3 generations. Immediately felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and everything you need was there. Our dogs were able to play outside without any fear of them escaping. The dog beach was a dream for the furry friends after a short walk. In the surrounding area, you could eat well and go for walks. Thanks again to the Plassmeier family.

Family vacation
A very nice, well-maintained and well-equipped holiday home. The great fenced-in property was perfect for our furry friends. The house is in a great location and not far from the beach.
