Our modern chalet was completed in March 2019 with a covered veranda and terrace as well as a newly designed outdoor area. Relax and unwind in our modernly furnished chalet and let your soul dangle on the veranda while you enjoy our newly designed outdoor area with:

- Parking space for 1 car directly in front of the holiday accommodation
Our luxury family chalet of a very special kind with modern furnishings, central heating, and its own WiFi offers:
- 2 bedrooms (for a maximum of 5 people)
• Master bedroom with large box spring bed and smart TV
• Children's room with two single beds
• A baby bed, which you can conveniently place next to the bed in the master bedroom, is also available to you free of charge. - Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven/microwave combination unit, plates, cups and cutlery, glasses, various kitchen utensils.
- Bathroom with large shower, washbasin and toilet, heated towel rail.

Great location, no cleanliness, and rude landlords.
Basically a great facility with good access to the fine beach. Good gastronomy on-site and in the surrounding area. Abundant utensils like sand toys and bicycles - which we didn't need.
Despite the recent construction year, the chalet is poorly maintained. Very dusty under the beds. It hasn't been cleaned in a while. The grill is totally dirty. Ant infestation. The cabinets offer little space to store clothes. The shower head cannot be hung up. The defective window handle was annoying but was quickly fixed.
All only very minor shortcomings that can be dealt with individually. But in total rather not acceptable.
We left the chalet and the outdoor area more than broom-clean. Final cleaning for an additional 65 euros. Nevertheless, one day after our stay, we were confronted by the landlord with alleged damages and dirt that we did not cause, but were either not reported by previous tenants or represent normal wear and tear. The security deposit is still being withheld without reason, even though the accusations are unfounded. Emails seeking clarification remain unanswered.
A truly unpleasant end to a great vacation. Whoever books the chalet should report and photograph any signs of use. We would love to come back to the resort. But definitely not to this chalet with this landlord.

Es freut uns sehr, dass Ihnen die schöne Anlage und doch reichhaltige Ausstattung unseres Chalets gefallen hat.
Hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit im Allgemeinen kann nur gesagt werden, dass unsererseits eine zweite Reinigung des Chalets angefordert wurde, um die von Ihnen beanstandeten Unsauberkeiten zu beheben und auch den Fenstergriff zu reparieren. Alle anderen Dinge - wenn sie uns nur gemeldet würden - hätten wir sicher auch zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit klären können.
Bezüglich der Abreise und Beschädigungen am Chalet sollte bemerkt werden, dass die Reinigungsfirma dies so gemeldet hat und wir deshalb einen Teil der Kaution einbehalten haben.
Wir hoffen Sie doch wieder auf Julianahoeve begrüßen zu dürfen.

Relaxing week for two

We wanted for nothing, the chalet is very well equipped, everything was very clean, the location was great, not too far from the playground

We were in this chalet at the beginning of autumn for a family vacation and cannot recommend it further. We unfortunately cannot confirm the previous review claiming excellent cleanliness. There were still foreign hairs in the shower, under the beds had clearly not been properly cleaned for months, and in the closet of the "children's room," there was a book with a condom as a bookmark. This does not meet our standards of cleanliness. Unfortunately, there was no storage space to put away our own clothes, etc. The existing closets and dresser are crammed with baby travel cot + mattress, bedding, toys, odds and ends... The designation "Luxury Chalet" is not justified, as some of the furnishings are already quite worn. For example, the dining table wobbles a lot and the tile film is peeling off in the bathroom. The facility is beautiful and great for children. However, we would not book the chalet again!

Leider haben wir als Vermieter nicht immer Einfluss darauf wie die Schränke eingeräumt sind, bzw. wie im Einzelfall gereinigt wird. Deshalb sind wir auf Rückmeldung unserer Mieter angewiesen.
Hätten Sie dies bei Ankunft direkt kommuniziert, hätten wir sicherlich eine zufriedenstellende Lösung finden können.
Mit Verwunderung mussten wir allerdings feststellen, dass Sie den Zustand des Chalets so beschreiben, wenngleich Sie dies selbst nicht funktionionstüchtig und sauber verlassen haben.
Wir hoffen allerdings, dass wir Ihnen mit der kulanten Kautionsrückerstattung entgegen kommen konnten und hoffen, dass Sie den Campingplatz wieder besuchen werden.

Very clean, modern, and well-equipped
We were two people staying in this chalet for five days. It was very, very clean and in like-new condition. We didn't miss anything. The caravan is very well equipped. The two of us had plenty of space here. We can also imagine coming back with more people.
The location is great too, as you have shopping facilities, a swimming pool, and beach access directly on the site.
Happy to come back!
