Description
On the ground floor, a spacious living - dining area, the fully equipped kitchen with cooking island in open-plan design on 45 Common cooking and dining becomes a joy.
The all-round window front floods the house with daylight and offers a view of the greenery.
For cosy hours in the living area with home cinema system, Dolby Surround and Blu-Ray player, the wood-burning stove also provides a cosy atmosphere.
WLAN is available.
The south-facing garden is adjoined by the terrace. Furnished with a beach chair and garden furniture, you will enjoy spending time there.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a cot and a bedroom with two single beds. TV sets are also installed in these three rooms. Enjoy the evening twilight on the balcony.
On each floor there is a bathroom with WC and shower, whereby the upper bathroom also has a bidet and a Physiotherm infrared cabin for 2 people with light therapy and audio. Relax in the cosy warmth after a long walk on the beach.
There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The floors are tiled or covered with designer flooring.
A children's high chair in the house and in the adjacent garden house a handcart for the way to the beach, a barbecue are ready for your use.

Location and surroundings of object
The Himmelblau holiday home in Waldstraße in Prerow is centrally located in an ensemble of three thatched houses not far from the centre of the village. It is the basis for relaxing holidays on exclusive 100 sqm.
You can park directly in front of the house on two parking spaces and store the bicycles you have brought or borrowed in the garden house belonging to the house.
Within walking distance you can quickly reach the bakery and grocery market, cafés and restaurants or stroll along the small boutiques.
To swim at the wide north beach you can walk over the dyke and Prerowstrom in about 15 minutes. A trolley makes it easy for you to transport your utensils or offers your children a comfortable tour to the beach.
The wild and romantic west beach with its typical wind-blown trees can be reached by bike in about 30 minutes.

Cancellation terms:
In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following percentages, calculated from the total gross rental price, will be due according to the following scale: up to 42 days before the start of the trip 20%. From the 41st day before the arrival day, the full rental price is due. Should the house be rented out to someone else during that period, a credit will be granted in the amount paid by the replacement tenant. The cancellation fee is non-refundable.
