Description
The accommodation consists of a living room with satellite TV, a sleeping area for two persons. In case of need a third person could sleep on the couch in the living room. There is a kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and a ceramic hob with integrated microwave. Crockery for daily needs is available. The bathroom consists of a shower and a spacious toilet area with plenty of space also for washing clothes in the washing machine.

Not again
Where do I start? Upon entering the apartment, an unpleasant musty smell greeted us, but I didn't think much of it at the time. It had probably been a while since anyone had been in this apartment. Furthermore, the faucet at the sink was continuously running, to which the homeowner said the handyman had been informed and had already been there but couldn't find the problem. I can't imagine, I learned in an installation company and know that you can change the cartridge or the sink faucet. The bathroom was also dirty, the toilet was not cleaned (urine drops on the toilet bowl), the urinal, which we didn't need, was out of order and full of limescale. The apartment housed a whole family of spiders, in the kitchen two hot plates did not work (the craftsman was informed here as well, just hasn't been there yet). Under the sink, the entire wall was black, in my opinion, mold. . . . . Consequences of water damage (which was supposedly fixed and the mold was also treated).
Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo of the toilet before cleaning. We had cleaned the apartment for 3 hours on the first day.
No one has looked behind the couch for sure in over a year because there was a 1.5 cm thick layer of dust. The bed in the bedroom was anything but comfortable, a very thin old mattress, you lay like on a board.
The next day we bought an inflatable mattress.
We are certainly not fussy; we have 6 holiday apartments in the Allgäu and rent them out. If I allowed myself this here, our guests would not come back. The best part was, we had no water for the last 2 days, as the water here comes from its own well and the pump for it had broken down. The landlord unfortunately couldn't do anything as he had gone away. So I would have to climb into the technical room, etc. No thanks, never again. Too bad, it would have been a nice apartment, just unfortunately not maintained.

Es gibt immer Gäste die ein Haar in der Suppe finden.
Wir haben ganz klare Bedingungen. Wenn ein Gast beim betreten der Unterkunft Mängel findet kann er die Ferienwohnung ohne Bezahlung wieder verlassen. Dieser Gast verhält sich wie die Prinzessin auf der Erbse. Man kann es halt nicht jedem Gast recht machen. Nach Tagen des Aufenthalts Mängel anzumelden ist einfach unfair. Auf solche Gäste können wir verzichten.

Never again
We had rented this apartment for 3 months. After 4 nights, we left it in a hurry. It started with the fuses blowing several times. I was soaped up in the shower, power gone. Of course, it took a while to fix that. This happened several times over 3 days. On the third evening, we came back from renovating, having had quite an exhausting day. It was pitch dark in the apartment. The entire property was too. The apartment was freezing cold. Thanks to the mobile phone flashlight, we were able to help ourselves. My husband looked for the landlord while I sat in the dark apartment. Suddenly, there was a bang and sparks flew from the sockets, along with the phone chargers. The landlord tried to calm us down, saying he had everything under control. We left the apartment to stay overnight at our daughter's. The next morning, the landlord couldn't understand at all why we left the apartment. The three months had turned into three days. The first month's rent was gone. The fact that the landlord had handled the matter with the electricity made us uneasy. According to his statement, no electrician could be found quickly. That may have been true, but it was unacceptable for us. It had already been intense the night before. And with electricity, a professional is definitely needed. The cleanliness also left much to be desired. Toilet, kitchen stove, drawers, dust bunnies, etc.
For us, the bed was also too small and the mattress too hard.
