This cosy upper floor flat is located in the immediate vicinity of the dyke in the traffic-calmed street Memmertbalje and is very suitable for a large family.
The flat is fully equipped for up to 6 people and has 85m² with three bedrooms and a large kitchen-living room, hallway with wardrobe, utility room and a converted attic as a children's play area (incl. table football and "Wii corner")
With two bathrooms, equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin, you have all the freedom for a large family.
In the fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a microwave and an oven are integrated into the kitchenette
You can enjoy breakfast at the large dining table
On the south-facing balcony you can enjoy the view of the dyke and the open landscape or you can relax on the comfortable leather seating set. A flat-screen TV, stereo system and free Wi-Fi internet reception are available
On colder days, the underfloor heating provides cosy warmth.
For our little guests we offer a high chair and an extra baby bed. In addition, two simple bicycles are available for short trips
The use of the washing machine and dryer are of course included in the rental price.
As we are allergy-friendly, pets are unfortunately not allowed. Please also note that smoking is not permitted in the house.
A parking space is reserved for you directly at the house.

Beautiful apartment for the whole family
The apartment has good amenities, two well-equipped bathrooms, a garden below and a balcony above, good sleeping spaces for 6 people above, possibly for 8 people. The kitchen is well-equipped, but I find it a bit small for 6 people. The location of the property is very close to the dyke and shopping options are nearby. Personally, I would like to book the apartment again as it is also suitable for children.

A very nice family vacation
The apartment was very clean upon arrival and the location close to the dike / beach is excellent.

A beautiful holiday apartment. What is missing is a small barbecue area. Could one not create a corner with privacy screens between the street and the house to the west on the lawn?

Holiday apartment on the dike 1st floor
We were once again in the apartment and were looking forward to it again. It's almost like coming home.
It is located on the western edge of Norddeich with a beautiful view of the surrounding area and the dike.
Everything important such as the seal sanctuary, spa park, indoor pool, and above all, the beach, are easily accessible on foot.
Shopping is also not a problem with your own car or bicycle (available).
The perfect apartment for a relaxing vacation.
