Relaxing holidays at the Baltic Sea await you - only a few steps away from the beach!
The tastefully furnished 2-room holiday flat "Summer Dream" offers the best conditions for a relaxing holiday.
In the beautiful, bright living room there is a modern kitchenette, comfortably equipped with a 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and Tassimo machine
In addition, the living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and modern hi-fi system as well as a comfortable couch with sleeping function for 1-2 people.
You can use WiFi in the holiday flat free of charge.
The furnished balcony, which is accessible from the living room, faces south-east and offers a very small side sea view.
The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
A travel cot and high chair can be added if required.
All windows in the flat can be darkened with interior blinds.
The shower room has plenty of storage space and a hairdryer.
A built-in cupboard in the hallway offers additional storage space; ironing utensils are available.
The flat is located on the first floor.
There is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the basement of Villa Seydlitz.
A parking space at the house is reserved for you free of charge
Bicycles can be stored next to the house in a bicycle storage room.
From May to September, a beach chair is available free of charge on the beach in front of the villa.

Summer Island Vacation
After the coronavirus break, we longed for the vacation and were not disappointed. The beautiful vacation rental is close to the beach, and you have your own beach chair on the beach. We really liked the island of Rügen, and we actually have to come back because we couldn't visit everything!
