Description
Our vacation home is ideal for four people. Directly in front of the house, there is a parking space. The parking space is located in a closed holiday complex, which is secured with an electric gate. Relax on the terrace. The ground floor has an elegant yet cozy living room with an integrated dining area, a sufficient cooking area, and a guest WC with shower. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with WC. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a large wardrobe, while the second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a toilet, a washbasin, a shower, and ample space for your cosmetics. The garage attached to the house has a washing machine and garden furniture.

Gruissan has 3 beaches which are exceptionally clean and offer many leisure activities - surfing, hang gliding, fishing, boating and much more. In the nearby nature reserve "La Clape" you can go hiking, climbing, cycling and horse riding. Try a wine tasting at one of the many château in the area. Gruissan is a very beautiful, idyllic fishing village. The historical site of Gruissan is formed by the old village that nestles around the Barbarossa Tower. The harbour offers many restaurants, shopping facilities and beautiful walks along the pretty promenade

Very beautiful holiday home
We felt very comfortable in the tastefully and extensively furnished holiday home. We lacked nothing. Communication with the landlord worked wonderfully. We will gladly come back!

Great holiday home
We had a great stay in this vacation home. It has an appealing, tasteful decor and everything you need was there.
Everything went smoothly and without any problems with both the landlord and the property manager.
The city beach is almost right in front of the door. However, we preferred a different beach, which was about a 5-minute drive away.
All in all, excellent, would love to come back :-).

Great time in France!
A very nice terraced house in a well-kept complex. Short distances to the beach promenade. Friendly people and lots of peace to relax. Always happy to come back!
