With great attention to detail, we have furnished two cosy and modern holiday flats for you.
In our family-run house "Hol di toi" you can enjoy your holiday in the bright flats from the very first minute.
You will also like the short distance to the north beach and the quiet location next to the pine forest.
The light colours of the flats will make you dream of sand, beach and sea.
The island sun winks into the flat "Krabbe".
Spend your relaxing holiday with us!
Enjoy your breakfast on the south-facing balcony with Nordic East Frisian tea, little cream cakes and sweet sugar cakes.
If you would like to use the internet, we offer you free internet access via WLAN.
We have insect screens on all windows so that you can also enjoy the summer air in the evening in peace.
In just 5 minutes you can walk over the chain of dunes directly to the north beach.
This beautiful sandy beach has supervised bathing areas,
Beach chairs, a children's playground and restaurants.
From the house "Hol di toi " you may also go
you can drive to the east of the island by car without any restrictions.
The free car park for your car is directly at the house.

Our house" Hol di toi" is located near the historic settlement of Norderney.
Just a short walk over the chain of dunes and you are directly on Norderney's northern beach.
With us you live quietly but not secluded!
You will find grocery shops, restaurants and bicycle rental shops in the immediate vicinity.
The bus stop for the harbour bus and the NC bus is also just around the corner
From us you are immediately on the cycling and hiking trails, which also lead through the Unesco World Heritage Wadden Sea.

| At our HOL DI TOI holiday home, short bookings of 2 nights or more are possible. Please note that we charge an additional 20,- Euro per night for bookings of less than 7 nights. In the high season from 15 March to 31 October the minimum stay is Minimum stay is 7 nights. Norderney charges a visitor's tax, which is calculated separately. Please enquire about the current rates. |

Norderney is ideal for relaxation and wellness with its extensive range of facilities. The Thalassobad with its seawater offers an atmospheric SPA area with several saunas ,outdoor pools and a wide range of massages and baths.
Families will also find a wide range of options ,such as the family pool in the bathhouse.
The free indoor playground, mini golf, pony rides, surfing, a visit to the national park house Wattwelten and much more.
Sports enthusiasts love the sea (swimming, surfing, kiting, stand-up paddling, sailing).
The golf course in the dunes invites you to play. The large network of walking and cycling paths is beautiful. Go horseback riding on the beach.
Boat trips to the other islands and seal banks are offered. Take part in a guided walk on the mudflats or a sightseeing flight over the moments will make your holiday special.

Island holiday, gladly again !!!
Modern, bright and beautifully furnished 2-room flat with attention to detail, where everything was available for a two-week island holiday. The south-facing balcony was perfect for breakfast and also for relaxing in the evening. To start the holiday, we received a lovely welcome from our warm and very friendly host couple. During our stay, we always had very helpful and well-informed contacts in the hosts for excursions, activities and much more. The location was perfect for us, both directly and permanently accessible by car (car park), short walk to the beach. Shopping facilities for daily needs were in the immediate vicinity, as well as pubs/restaurants. We had a very good rest and would gladly come back to the "Krabbe"again.
