We deliberately chose the name "Little Escape" for our holiday home. With us, you can leave everyday life behind and feel at home at the same time. We have designed our holiday home the way we like to spend our holidays: with the highest standards and a lot of attention to detail. The result is a harmonious ambience for a relaxing holiday at any time. On sunny spring and summer days, the "Kleine Flucht" offers a fresh, bright environment, the garden and terrace invite you to linger. In stormy autumns and cheerful, frosty winters, it is your cosy home away from home with its gas fireplace and sauna. Not least because of the warm wooden floors and the carefully selected furnishings, which ensure cosiness and a pleasant indoor climate.
Our holiday home is generously sized for two holidaymakers, but also offers enough space for families or friends with up to six people. Then the two bathrooms allow smooth morning procedures, the fully automatic coffee machine does the rest for a good start to the day. Depending on the season, the day can be rounded off with a gas barbecue on the terrace or in the living room in front of the gas fireplace, before the comfortable box-spring beds provide a restful night's sleep. The sauna is a year-round attraction, and your children have their own kingdom in the attic.
Your holiday retreat includes a small garden and two parking spaces. Actually, you wouldn't even need to leave the house - if the beautiful town of Zingst and the wonderful nature didn't entice you. We will give you recommendations, along with lots of other interesting information, in our house folder, which is ready for you.

Location and surroundings of object
You can reach everything in Zingst within a few minutes. Nevertheless, it is wonderfully quiet in the "Kleine Flucht" - it is centrally but quietly located in a residential street with a 30-metre zone.
The Fischland/Darß region in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern makes many people go into raptures. This is mainly due to the unspoilt nature, such as the kilometre-long white sandy beaches and the Bodden landscape. Animals, such as migrating cranes, can be observed here at length and some people proudly go in search of amber. Everything can be easily explored by bicycle, and many walk on foot.
For those who prefer shopping and coffee houses, Zingst is the place to be. The main town on the peninsula offers all the comforts of a Baltic Sea spa and a pleasant degree of urban flair: supermarkets, bakeries, boutiques, wellness facilities, bicycle rental and numerous cafés, restaurants and bars can be reached on foot from the "Kleine Flucht" in five minutes. After a ten-minute walk, you can enjoy the sunset on the Zingst pier or stroll along the Baltic Sea beach. The harbour is also only five minutes away.
The region is particularly popular with photo lovers, as there are a variety of motifs to be found here. The artists' village

Cancellation terms:
The cancellation fees are as follows: - Up to the 45th day before the holiday apartment handover, 15% (at least EUR 30.00) - From the 44th day to the 30th day before the holiday apartment handover, 50% - From the 29th day to 1 day before the holiday apartment handover, 80% each of the rental price plus handling fees.

Our "Little Escape" is a lovingly and child-friendly equipped house. The little ones are well catered for with a high chair, baby cot, lots of toys, a handcart for the way to the beach, beach shell and sand toys. And in the evening, a nice audio story quickly lulls exhausted children to sleep.
Even though we are very fond of animals, we have decided to offer our "Little Escape" as a house suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are therefore unfortunately not allowed.

Short break at the Baltic Sea
At the end of February, we were able to spend 4 nights in this great accommodation during a short trip to the Baltic Sea. The Kleine Flucht really lacks nothing, and we felt at home from the first second. The great fireplace and sauna were especially enjoyable after long hikes in wind and weather. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and we, as passionate hobby chefs, particularly liked it. The Kleine Flucht is very centrally located but still quiet. The pier in Zingst and the beach promenade can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes. Other destinations on the Baltic Sea such as Rügen, Warnemünde, or Rostock can easily be reached by car in under an hour. We had a great time and hope to be guests again soon at the Kleine Flucht.
