Country house in a green setting, in the neighborhood of a riding stable, with a six-thousand square meter large property with private pool and barbecue terrace with barbecue grill. The landscaped part of the private property has a size of sqm and is fenced towards the street, additionally the estate has sqm of open land, planted with olive trees and pines, the rest of the garden is designed in a Mediterranean style with palms, pines, cacti, and a variety of green plants as well as a lawn area. Various terraces continually offer different impressions of this rural estate. The covered barbecue house with built-in barbecue grill and large open terrace invites you to enjoy cozy evenings by the grill. The round pool was built in a size of 7 x 7 meters. For convenient entry, it is equipped with Roman steps. Sun loungers are available for your relaxation. The house itself has a furnished, partly covered terrace with a beautiful view of the pool and the rural surroundings. From the upper house terrace you have a view all the way to the sea. The house is divided as follows: On the ground floor there is the living-dining room with SAT-TV, internet connection via Wi-Fi, and an open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, and toaster. One bedroom with two single beds and one double bedroom. Both rooms have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine. In the upper part there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a double bedroom with single beds and another bathroom with bathtub and WC. Both rooms have access to the upper sun terrace with sea view.
For the cooler season, central heating is available.
Pets are only possible by arrangement due to the proximity to the riding stable. Enclosed parking spaces for cars are available within the property. The house is only 200 m from the restaurant, shopping facilities, and tennis court. It is about 10 km to the sea and the center of Denia. The La Sella golf course is about 4 km away.
