Location and surroundings of object
Zartinj is a small village on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula. Around the village there is only green Mediterranean nature. Wonderful beaches and brilliant sea are only 15-20 minutes away.
Labin, the cultural and gastronomic jewel of Istria, is only a short drive away. On the hill is the old town with cobblestone street, old buildings and beautiful churches. Rich in cultural heritage, Renaissance and Baroque palaces. The museum preserves the cultural heritage of eastern Istria. The old town is filled with countless galleries and studios of local artists who keep the heritage of their ancestors
All the other sights are easily accessible by the Istrian motorway.

Relaxation holiday "Pure" also with four-legged friends!!!
We were allowed to stay in this dreamlike holiday home with our dogs for 14 days.
We were warmly welcomed by the landlord in person. The house and the property are very well maintained and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom. We lacked "nothing" and were able to relax very well. The house is located in a very quiet area and is completely fenced, allowing everyone, including our dogs, to enjoy the vacation to the fullest. One is completely at peace by oneself. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate every day, but the fitness room provided a wonderful balance. We would love to come back, and this accommodation is, from our perspective, an absolute recommendation!!! Best regards and see you next time!

Beautiful house, quiet location
Very nice house, great location, completely fenced in, very well equipped, great landlord, very friendly, if there were any problems, they were quickly resolved, we will most likely spend our vacation there again next year, greetings to our landlord Mr. Brajkovic, looking forward to seeing him again.

Absolutely recommendable!
A super beautiful holiday home furnished with great attention to detail! Everything clean and very well maintained! From the beginning, we felt very well taken care of! Thanks also to the nice and helpful hosts! Full, loving, and modern furnishings indoors and outdoors. We didn't miss anything! Couldn't ask for more :)) The house is located in a quiet area! Nearby (10 minutes drive), in Labin, you can get everything you need. Thank you also for the small welcome greeting! We can highly recommend this house!

Super nice vacation - highly recommended
We were able to spend a week in this beautiful house. You really don't lack anything here. In addition to the three bathrooms specified, there are even two more toilets. One inside the house and one next to the fitness room outside. The whole house is furnished with a lot of love. You come in and feel comfortable. The landlords are very nice and always available. The location is very beautiful and quiet, with only one adjacent neighbor. The outdoor kitchen is a dream. We would love to come back and thank you for a wonderful vacation.

A great vacation with a dog!
This year we spent our vacation with our two dogs in the beautiful Villa Brigita. Everything was really great and exactly as it looks in the pictures. Very tastefully decorated with attention to detail. The fully equipped house leaves nothing to be desired. The house is located a bit outside of Labin (about a 10-minute drive), which didn't bother us at all as we preferred it to be quieter. Perfect for relaxing in peace. In Labin you can find everything you need. Supermarkets, veterinarian, bakery, drugstore, great restaurants, etc. It is also highly recommended to visit the local fish and vegetable market. It doesn't get any fresher than that. Otherwise, the surroundings of Labin/Rabac offer numerous excursion opportunities, such as... the Old Town of Labin, with some nice small shops, the Rabac promenade, as well as the villages Ravni and Trget (definitely visit the Konoba Nando there, which offers very delicious food).
The landlord was also very warm, always helpful, and available to us at any time. Once again, a very heartfelt thank you to you, dear Valdi.
For us, it was definitely a beautiful and unforgettable holiday. We will come back.
